I have used Blue Bear on multiple occasions and each time I do I’m reminded of why they are always my first call. Professional, quick, and amazing to work with!

Matt was right on time and he walked me through what he would be doing that day. I asked a few questions and then I left him to it. When finished, he reviewed everything that he did with me and what he had noted about the system. We talked about my next steps could be. It was a very good experience and I will look to Matt and his team first when I need work done.

Klark was amazing! He came in and was able to address all of our issues, talked us through everything and how to maintain the fixes! Our unit has old plumbing much like the rest of Boston and Klark was incredibly knowledgeable and quick. I would recommend Klark to everyone.

The Blue Bear Service Techs did a great job of conveying not so good news during the annual maintenance service for the tankless water heater system. They took the time to show images of the areas of concern and confirmed that it was still under warranty per their records but would need to confirm with the main office and manufacturer. It was an end of the day appointment, but the Blue Bear Service Tech assured me they or the office would be in touch the next day. The Service Tech reached out before 10am the next day to confirm that the unit repairs/replacement will be covered by the warranty. The return service visit has been scheduled...more to follow post-service call.

The warranty replacement service was also a 5-star customer experience. The Senior Service Tech completed the module replacement and left the work area neat and clean and took the time to show and explain the module failure. The warranty was upheld by both Blue Bear and the manufacturer without the customer having to get involved. Consumer Advice: Have your mechanical systems (HVAC, water heater, etc.) routinely serviced by authorized professionals to ensure that the mechanical units remain in compliance with any warranty agreements and allow for the early detection of possible equipment failure (don't wait for it to break) by trained service professionals. The annual Blue Bear Care program more than paid for itself with this incident.

Austin was super professional and informative, taking me through everything he was doing and explaining the decisions he was making and my options very clearly.

Very quick turn around, friendly customer service, and upfront pricing have made me a return customer. Additionally, Josh K. the plumber was very personable and transparent with potential fixes and issues he came across during the walk-through.

Blue Bear has been great to work with for several years now. Our technician today Josh was knowledgeable, prompt, and communicated everything we needed to know and answered questions well.

Joel arrived on time and ,after ringing the bell, stood a respectful distance from the door until I invited him in. Throughout the visit he was, professional, knowledgeable, helpful and friendly. He took care of the situation and answered some unrelated plumbing questions. After this experience I will use BB, and ask for Joel,
for all my plumbing needs and recommend them highly.

Michael, the technician, was the greatest! He was friendly, respectful, knowledgeable and easy to talk with as he explained the things .he had found regarding my AC system. For less than $100 this inspection was a wicked good deal!

I have nothing but good things to say about Klark and Blue Bear.

Klark arrived first thing this morning as I was told he would and immediately got to work. He was courteous and professional, cleaned up his workspace throughout and even assisted me in getting a PM out to the house to quote out a new furnace for me (The PM -- Nick Gordon -- was here in less than an hour and also phenomenal).

After the install, Klark took the time to show me what he did, make sure I knew about important details like the temperature knob, and to confirm job completion.

Right now, Blue Bear is 3 for 3 with me on excellent customer service and workmanship. Highly recommended!

They sent out a very knowledgeable worker. Willing to go above and beyond. They wore shoe covers in the house, to not transfer outside soil. And,he went ahead and changed my filter for me. Gave me a very good recommendation on where to get filters for reasonable price. Finally,provided great knowledge and service overall.

Ben was awesome! He explained everything to me and help me to understand what was happening to my Water Heater in my home...Bluebear have some very nice people working for them...Definitely would recommend!

The best customer service I’ve ever had with a company. You feel like they know you and they make everything easy- text updates when on their way and the assigned tech with a photo and background and a thorough email on the work done. I can’t say enough about Blue Bear and have recommended it to others !

During the past several years I’ve had several technicians service my boiler but few seem to know very much about it. One, whom I was told was an expert, couldn’t even change the maintenance needed interval. Chris from Blue Bear was experienced and knowledgeable about the unit and offered several service options. He also offered a solution to a condensation freezing problem I’ve experienced in winter. It is likely that I will be signing up for a yearly service plan with Blue Bear.

Have been using Blue Bear since we bought our home. Klark came and serviced my tankless water heater. He was very polite and professional. Job was done promptly and most important cleanly.
