Therefore I have a great amount of experience seeing craftsmanship from premium to just okay sites... I can assure that Petrini Corporation stands out as one of the most TOP QUALITY ones in the field. Their staff and subs are very friendly, responsive and accommodating. I deal directly with Natalie Melanson and Chris Brunelli and they are super nice and knowledgeable people.

In fact, in 3 to 4 years, my wife and I are planning on building our retirement home and Petrini Coorporation is on the top of the list to be considered as the builder for the project.

My husband and I purchased a 1911 Sears & Roebuck catalog house, The Ivanhoe, from Petrini Corporation in 2014. Fully restored with a wonderful addition full of modern amenities, the home had everything we needed and met all of our expectations. Professional, responsive, timely and a first-class company.

We are a second generation electrical company and have been working with Petrini Corp for 60 years. We have always been pleased with the responsiveness from their supervisors as well as receiving timely payments for completed jobs. Petrini Corp is a great company to work with and continues to prove why they have been in business for over 70 years.

We lived in Needham in one of the few single-family homes owned and operated by Petrini Corp. They took a great care of the home, and quickly addressed all our maintainance requests. Just to give an example - they promptly installed radon mitigation system within few days after we noticed higher radon levels.

I lived at the Rosemary Lake Apartments, owned and operated by the Petrini Corp. Rosemary Lake was a wonderful place to call home with a professional, responsive management team and a friendly staff.

The complex is well maintained, quiet and features spacious units, very close to public transportation. A solid community that I would highly recommend.

I lived at Petrini’s Rosemary Lake apartments for five years. The rent was extremely fair for the size and location of the apartment, the staff were always a pleasure to interact with, and maintenance was always on time and professional. They’d even have the parking lots completely or mostly plowed in the winter before I was even up. All in all it was a great experience and I encourage anyone looking to rent in Needham to give Petrini a visit.

My name is Therese and I’m from Ashland and I was lost trying to find someone in one of your buildings that was selling a car and I ironically had a dead phone I heard laughter coming from an office and when I entered to ask if I could charge my phone they were closing up but they were sooo kind and accommodated me with their help in my lack of knowledge about cars they helped me . I learned that they were long time employees of property management and what impressed me the most is they told me they were very happy and raved about your company . I previously owned and operated a property management company so when they raved about it was a great company to work for today you don’t hear that much so I hope this gets to the owner to see .

They were trustworthy and kind in a very miserable night for me . Good help is hard to find these days so hold on to them and I hope you have them a great Christmas bonus as a show of appreciation I know I’ll be sending them a basket because they really calmed me in a bad experience I was having . And they told me that the person who I originally called was excellent and would have given out the address where to send it but I wanted to thank them again personally .

I spent just about 3 years at Petrini Corp apartments, and it was a great experience. It took away a lot of the stress of renting knowing I was in a very professionally managed building that regularly landscaped, provided snow removal, and responded very quickly and capably to all maintenance requests. The staff is very responsive and efficient. If you're looking for a hassle-free place to live in a great location, I would highly recommend Petrini apartments and town houses.

Petrini Corporation manages Rosemary Apartments in Needham with professionalism and care. I lived there for many years at two separate times in my life. They invest in their property with steady landscaping and building upkeep. Beverly is an excellent resident manager , communicative and efficient. Service Manager John , and his team of Brian and Peter, respond to any request in a timely and respectful manner. I moved out of the area this year and sadly needed to leave the care of this great team. I highly recommend !

I have been a resident in Rosemary lake appartment complex for couple years. Have been very happy with management and maintenance team especially Karen and John. Karen is very friendly and kind. She is always on top of things. She is not only get you moving there and listening to your needs once you move in. I often meet people living there for many years. John is friendly and get things fixed quickly. When there is an issue, just call them and problem will be fixed soon. They keep up landscape and snow removal.I rented other places before. Karen and the team well deserve 5 stars.

I have been a resident of the Rosemary Lake Apartment townhouses for over 10 years, and I have been extremely pleased with the townhouses and with Petrini. Although the Rosemary Lake Apartments are a little dated (I think they were built in the 1960s), Petrini does a terrific job in maintaining both the rental units as well as the landscaping. Also, Petrini is extremely responsive to quickly fixing any issues that may arise with the rental unit.

And more importantly, the Rosemary Lake Apartments are a community. Neighbors who look out for neighbors. And the Petrini maintenance staff is always there -- from fixing an issue to shoveling the snow -- to help with a warm smile.
