This company is great! They are punctual, kind and move about your house so quietly you’d hardly know they were there! Our house always feels so fresh and smells so good and looks spotless when they leave! I would recommend them to friends and family!

Amazing experience with Maidpro, really great people and clients to work with! Great environment and great energy! Hard working individuals as well.

Great experience! Always on time and leave my home feeling so fresh.

"PRO" pretty much says it. Michael and Monique are professionals, as business owners and service providers. They really do have a 49-point checklist! Very impressive. (And a great accent from Down Under.)

Had a great experience with MaidPro. I had my condo cleaned in preparation for a new tenant and the staff did a great job with cleaning every corner of the place. I would highly recommend.

Monique and her team do a wonderful job. It’s so easy communicating with them. More importantly they never leave without having you walk through to be sure everything is as you like it.

We just moved in to our new rental and discovered it hadn't been properly cleaned before our arrival. With the movers coming the next morning, we needed everything cleaned ASAP. Michael responded right away with availability, and they were here ~2 hours later. They stayed for hours, cleaning our new place from top to bottom. Couldn't be happier!!

Mike and Monique are the best. We use them to clean our office space and they are great to work with. Good communication, on time, thorough work. I'd recommend using them if you are thinking about it!

Their professionalism, promptness and courtesy is unmatched. Look forward to working with them again

I recently engaged the services of MaidPro and couldn't be more pleased. My apartment had been empty for some time due to a lengthy illness and MaidPro left it spotless. Kudos to Shirley and Sydney. Highly recommend MaidPro.

The owner is very responsive and dedicated to excellent service. They are very good with seniors who need extra help and understand the challenges that the elderly face.

This team is amazing, they are very down to earth and I met the owners at a fair in Newton. They came for the first clean and the house is super neat and deeply cleaned. They had every attention to detail and took very good care of me and our family. Even our kids stuffed animals look like they are having a civilized party while looking in at the job being done. I would recommend them and will be using them again in the future for some more focused jobs I need assistance with as well.

The MaidPro team at Needham routinely provides excellent cleaning service. Importantly, the administrative team is friendly and responsive. Scheduling and rescheduling appointments is hassle-free. Highly recommend!

MaidPro has been a great help to me, my business and my clients. They offer one-time and on-going cleaning services at a very high level. I never have to worry about the job if MaidPro is doing it.

Michael and Monique run an excellent service and I would recommend using MaidPro in Needham if you need your home cleaned with care. Very easy to use service and they just launched a feature on their website that let's you schedule services at whichever cadence works best for you.

I wouldn't trust anyone other than this team to clean my house. They always do a fantastic job, are extremely professional, and the owners are super nice. I love how I get a checklist from the "Pros" so I know what was done. Highly recommend them, and they're locally owned!

Monique and her crew were awesome! I requested a deep clean to include the oven and refrigerator for my brother’s apartment that was in dire need of cleaning. The Maidpro Needham crew was friendly, paid attention to detail and thoroughly cleaned the apartment to pre-move cleanliness. The apartment looks great! I would definitely recommend them and will continue to request their reoccurring service.

We recently used maid pro for our home and couldn’t be more pleased on the service they have provided for us. Mike was on top of everything from scheduling and making sure the crew took good care of us. I would recommend Maid Pro to anyone in need of a cleaning service!
