OMG! Such a great and positive experience! Josh is a true professional...honest, easy to talk to. He understood our restrictions (we have a condo...needed approval). We called JT Comforts and Josh the owner came to service our air conditioner the same day. He was very professional and polite. We had a leak in the system and he was able to take care of the problem and do a general maintenance as well. The price was very reasonable and I highly recommend him.

Last month my pregnant wife, our 2 year old, and I woke up without any heat in the house in the middle of freezing weather. Every place in the area seemed to overwhelmed and busy, but Josh from JT Comforts called me back and talked me through step by step to fix our system.

JT Comforts not only saved our weekend, but they also didn’t charge us a single penny. Could not be more satisfied by our first impression, and we will be going with them for all future HVAC needs.

I had a great experience with JT comforts. I recently had 3 mini split installed by previous contractor and got a bad job. The wall units was leaking. After couple tries and about two no call no shows, I searched for different contractor and was glad I found JT Comforts. Josh and his crew were friendly, knowledgeable and were able to detect multiple issues with previous contractors installation. With fair price, Josh and his crew, recommend stronger pumps for the units, and had to redo all the things previous contractor did that was not right. I haven’t got anymore leaks since JT comforts completed the job. My tenants too were very pleased with how kind they were, and the work performed.

Josh was awesome to work with, came same day was called for AC not working, needed it replaced, Josh had job done quickly, easy to contact and responded to any questions, would highly recommend him and his company, friendly and professional, very knowledgeable and offered us options! Today Joshua came out to service my space heater. He was very polite and knowledgeable of my equipment. He got my heat up and running in no time with a great a price. I will definitely use Joshua in the future as well as recommending him to other people.

Had a great experience with JTComforts. Josh was super helpful right from the start — he talked me through some furnace issues over the phone and helped narrow things down before even coming out. He showed up the next day, was on time, and clearly knew his stuff.

He managed to squeeze a bit more life out of my old furnace to help get through the rest of the season, which I really appreciated. Josh also walked me through my options for repair vs. replacement in a straightforward, no-pressure way. It was refreshing to deal with someone who was both knowledgeable and honest.

Josh and his team were incredible! They installed ductless mini splits and were very professional. They installed the unit in one day. Josh was very professional and available throughout the whole process even after it was installed he helped with the MassSave rebate program application. If you are looking for any HVAC professionals, I really recommend JTComfort.

Josh was absolutely phenomenal. I initially made an appointment for the weekend, but he swung by that same night and got my heating unit fixed in no time for a very competitive price. No more Roto-Rooter for me, Josh will be my go-to guy from now on.
