We had a phenomenal experience working with Dan Gauvin for our new home build. If I was able to give 10 stars for Dan's professionalism, dedication, and helpfulness I would in a heartbeat. What we appreciated most about Dan was that he worked with us from start to finish, getting to know our likes and dislikes, and worked harder than anybody we have met to work within our time constraints to get us the highest quality products at a great price without sacrificing our vision for the new home. It is exceptionally difficult today to find people with Dan's qualities and character and I am grateful we were able to work with him. When we build our dream home in the future I will absolutely be in touch with Dan again. For any individuals thinking about remodeling, renovating, or working with a builder on new construction, Dan is your man!

I worked with Jason through our home design. there was lots of choices available, almost overwhelming. Jason was able to calm my anxiety immediately. he was very knowledgeable and was able to narrow my choices to a reasonable selections. Jason is amazing at what he does he was an absolute joy to work with. every question I had he answered and I felt confident in his suggestions. I loved the personalized service I received. His expertise was excellent. He took his time and was very patient with me. He was knowledgeable, professional and super friendly. I would recommend Newton Ferguson lighting to anyone

Great service, found the part I needed and while it wasn't at this location... it was ordered and shipped right to the house so I didnt have to make a second trip.

I HAVE TO SAY MY $8000 PLUS BATHROOM FIXTURE ORDER WAS RIDDELD WITH MANY MISTAKES BY THE SALES REPRESENTATIVE. TO MANY RETURNS AND REORDERS AND INACCURATE CHARGES AND CREDIT. IM STILL TRYING TO FIGURE IT OUT.

I went in there for 2 items. Front desk person/greeter was abrupt and took time to correct my pronunciation of an item but couldn't take time to ask if there was nothing else that I needed. Poor customer service at this location.

I mistakenly marked this location as closed, it is not!!

Do not buy appliances from here- they have no service providers - which means when it breaks or there is a recall - you’re going through the manufacturer to get service. Thermadore and Bosch are particularly terrible from my experience- 2 months to get service. Disaster

Stores with sales reps should advise on basic criteria to ensure you receive the proper products. And when they don't, the store should cover returns costs to do so.

We spoke to a sales rep in the showroom to purchase toilets for our home... Later after getting a plumber to install them, we come to find out that the rough-in distance for one of the bathrooms is 10in instead of 12in. Turns out this is the one basic measurement that clearly someone selling a toilet would want to confirm before selling a toilet.

Return/exchange costs were not covered.

We needed a hose to connect the dishwasher/disposal to the outflow hose. Ferguson Needham is supposed to be open until 11 am on Saturday. We got there around 10 am but the place was locked up despite supposedly open and all the lights were on. Waste of our time.

We purchased two Toto toilets and two Toto heated toilet seats/bidets. We are doing a new construction and the construction project was delayed - as happens almost always - so the purchases were sitting at our house and then at the construction site, in a protected and covered location, unopened for several months. When they were finally opened to be installed, one Toto toilet tank was cracked and the box had dried leaves in it, and the one Toto bidet had two parts missing. It was clear to us that what we bought as brand new, were actually returns. Someone returned them and the boxes were never opened to check the condition, and then resold as new. When we explained the situation with the toilet tank, we were told we were past the time to be able to make a return, and when we further explained to the manager that we purchased this earlier than we should have and the project had delays, we were told that the box looked dirty and not new, so we must have been responsible for the damage. We were very disappointed with that response, essentially telling us we were being deceptive. I purchased a new replacement from Amazon which arrived in perfect condition the next day and looked online for replacement parts for the bidet seat, not wanting to interact further with a company which found a way to avoid taking responsibility for their poor quality control.
