Adrian stands well above any arborist we've consulted over the years. He understood immediately how meaningful an ailing tree in our yard is and approached its issues from the perspective of someone dedicated to preserving the tree if at all possible. He is a highly knowledgable arborist who's ready to explain things in detail. His manner is engaging, professional, respectful, unhurried and caring.

Very good work by Adrian and his crew. On time and within budget! Would recommend him to anyone wanting a careful and pleasing job.

Did great work on our trees to lighten and strengthen them. Worked quickly but hard and truly with an artist’s touch! Mostly no power tools (only for the bigger stuff) Knew their safety and practiced it. A pleasure to work with. Would highly recommend.

Just had some tree work done by Adrian and his crew. I couldn't be more satisfied with the outcome. They kept me in the know as to when they could get the work done, they showed up on time, and did a great job and they cleaned up after themselves. The price seemed reasonable as well.

I wanted to get some advice from an arborist regarding a possible addition to our house and the impact it would have on our large oak tree nearby. Adrian took the time to walk me through the whole process, pre-construction all the way through "post-op" care years down the road. I am so glad I was able to consult with him! It was so helpful.

Adrian and his crew are one of those rare finds and the fact that they are a local company for us was the icing on the cake. I cannot recommend them highly enough.

I hired Adrian and the crew for two days of pruning involving: shrubs and foundation plants, 2 crabapples, a Japanese maple, a large hemlock hedge, pruning plants hanging over on street, and removing a cherry tree. They also storm pruned 2 huge white pines by the house. They did an excellent job! I also asked them to leave me some pine trimmings to use for my Christmas arrangements. I made 4 lovely arrangements out of the trimmings! :-) I would hire them again in a heartbeat.

This was our first time using any kind of tree service. We originally just asked for some help with trimming a tree in our front yard. When Adrian came by for a quick consultation, he also suggested a few other options to help maintain the shrubs and tree around our house. We really appreciated his knowledgable opinion, and everything was done very quickly and professionally. Would highly recommend!

We are new home owners and Adrian was truly a god-send. We have no idea what we are doing and he answered all our questions and really helped guide us in the right direction. He was quickly able to get to work on trimming trees back for us. His crew was super respectful and left no mess! It is like the branches just disappeared off the trees!

Adrian was able to quickly come out and take a look at some large oak trees in our yard in West Roxbury. He answered all of my questions and provided a recommendation for someone else to come do minor work for our peace of mine. Really appreciated his honesty and quick response. We’d worked with quite a few other tree companies over the years and were not happy with the results. Our trees & bushes really needed TLC from someone who knows his stuff. Adrian came with glowing references and he & his team did a great job for us – on-time, hard-working, lots of communication, and best of all, beautiful pruning so that our trees & shrubs are now healthy & well shaped. Definitely worthy of 5 stars!

I used An Artist's Touch to trim back two large trees and prune ornamental shrubs and smaller trees on my property. I found Adrian and his crew to be extremely diligent and professional. Adrian is very knowledgeable and alleviated my concerns about a newly planted tree that appeared to me to be diseased. He does what he says he is going to do, is responsive, and pleasant. I highly recommend him.

Very professional and friendly service. Adrian was knowledgeable about our hardwoods and what needed to be done. Very prompt returning my calls/emails and was communicative when, due to weather, they could not get to our work as soon as they hoped. Pricing was comparable with at least one other company. The on-site team was also friendly and professional, they did a good job and were careful of our property and our neighbors. We had some trees removed, one cleaned up, and several bushes trimmed back. They were careful to clear the dead stuff and just enough of everything else. It came out just the way I had in mind. They cleaned everything up very well. Definitely can recommend An Artist's Touch for tree & shrub work.

Adrian and his staff person did a great job of pruning all the bushes and trees in our small yard. The plantings look so much better than they did before his visit. Adrian is timely, friendly and helpful, and his prices are reasonable.

It is so great to work with Artist's Touch. This is the third time I've hired them. Adrian and his crew are impeccable. We have gigantic oaks and maple on our property which periodically need dead limbs pruned. Unlike a previous company which came with a cherry picker which made deep ruts and ruined our yard, Adrian's crew climb up the trees themselves with amazing agility. They clean up afterwards very thoroughly. I also trust Adrian's eye completely when it comes to shaping the trees--he has worked with everything from lilacs, cedars, maple and oak for us. Everything done beautifully--AND the are super nice and friendly. Couldn't be happier!

Had a question about trimming a large tree towering over my roof. Adrian was super helpful - I was able to quickly send him some pics and he immediately called back and gave me his expert opinion and recommendation.

Adrian was amazing in assessing and explaining what my river birch trees needed. He was super responsive and did a fantastic job pruning my trees, which now look great and clean.

Adrian is extremely knowledgeable, professional, and fair in pricing. Hiring him again for sure.

What a pleasure to find An Artist's Touch for our tree work!

We needed one diseased spruce removed, five tall oaks overhanging our roof pruned, and one lightening-struck dogwood salvaged. Adrian and his crew did just what was promised, on schedule, and left our property cleaner than they found it.

The price was fair and reasonable . . . especially when compared with some of the outlandish bids we received for the same job!

As a former employer, I know that workers reflect the management. And when I mentioned to Adrian that his team seemed to love their job, he told me he hires people who are "smart and nice. Everything else I can teach them."

If you're in need of tree work, An Artist's Touch comes highly recommended.
