had appointment today for an estimate today. But they came on time and and told me it was easy fix. Then fixed it right on the spot didn't even charge me anything, went above and beyond. I would highly recommend them for you and myself.

Service was great, the plumber explained me everything about the work, answered all the questions, and helped me in tweaking things to save water. I have used their services in the past and mostly have been very happy with them so I keep going back to them.

Trevor was so wonderful. Came on time to assess the situation. Listened to my story of wo. Returned as promised with a new hot water heater with another employee and got to work. Company owner came buy to check with his guys, introduced himself to me and I was impressed with this whole process. It’s not the easiest job to do but they did a great job, cleaning up, too. My 30-year old Insinkerator Contractor 333 disposal finally stopped working! My initial call was to John's Drains who I have happily used in the past, but they focus primarily on the drain side of things. However, they highly recommended a former employee of their's, Nick Nicofora, who now has his own plumbing company...Plumr. Within 20 minutes on the phone with Nicole I had a quote and scheduled appointment to install a new Contractor 333 disposal. Trevor just left after a clean installation in a home where "If Momma is happy, then everybody's happy ;)

A neighbor recommended them to me, and this is the second time we've called on their services. I can't praise enough how excellent and responsive they've been. When I reached out on a holiday about a leaking hot water heater, they promptly responded and scheduled a visit for the very next day. This is exactly the kind of service you hope to find in a company!

Finally, a service provider who understands that our time is as important as theirs. Having contacted so many providers for past projects who either don’t have availability for weeks or who committed then rescheduled us for a bigger job (or just plain ghosted us), Nick and his team are super responsive and up-front about everything.

From the first call we had a diagnostic service scheduled within 2 days with a full estimate and a repair service scheduled 2 days after that. Instead of telling us when they would be there they gave us a range of options so we could fit it in with our availability.

Everyone was professional and personable, discussed our concerns, advised us what the repair would look like, how long it would take, and what the estimated cost would be. Communication was fantastic, we received texts and emails at every point where someone was coming to our house and we felt comfortable through the entire process. They even walked around with us to look at other potential work we are considering and sent us estimates for those as well, before even leaving our driveway. We had our invoice before they left as well and payment was simple through their online system.

The most professional home service provider I’ve ever dealt with. I called Plumr at 9am stating I had no hot water at the house. They had a technician at my property by 10:30am to diagnose the issue. Plumr did not charge an emergency/diagnostics fee even without me being an existing client. Issue was resolved in a timely manner and work area kept clean. Exceptional service!!!! 100% recommended!!!

Nick and his team at Plumr Inc are outstanding! Responsive, professional, and thorough, they provide the absolute best service we have ever received - although I have to admit that cleaning a snakeskin from an air intake is a new one (for us and Nick's team, lol)!

Nick and his team, are the best at their profession! They have been providing service to our home for years. I have an old house and when then come out they, do the repair honestly and clean up after themselves! Trevor was punctual and sent me a text of his eta was very professional!

Called at 9 am on a Sunday Service person was there by 11:30 am. Service was excellent, I felt for a Sunday emergency call price was reasonable also

We were referred to Plumr Inc by another company for addressing the issue that we had in our house. Ari and Redian came as scheduled and fixed the problem. They were polite, knowledgeable and friendly. They cleaned the working areas afterwards. Great job on their part! We appreciate it and would recommend the services to anyone.

It was a pure stroke of luck we came across Nick and his guys. We were in a serious bind in the middle of November, in an oldish New England House, without any heating or a heating system for that matter (the very old forced air oil system was getting pulled out). We thought we had a plumber for the new hydronic system we wanted, but he quit a week before the work was to start due to "scheduling" issues. Another plumber I asked for a quote couldn't do it either but luckily put me in touch with Nick.

Nick responded right away, came over and provided a very reasonable quote. They started work in about a week as promised. The guys from Plumr did a great job installing a new gas boiler and indirect water heater with all the plumbing and gas fitting in about 3 days. Special props to Ulises. We had heating and hot water in record time. It was a completely new installation and the work was outstanding. I didn't get the bill for a couple of weeks and was a bit nervous, but Nick kept the price as quoted to the dollar.

After our first winter with our new hydronic heating (and indirect water heater) the experience has been stellar. Whisper quiet consistent heating, much cleaner air, plenty of hot water on tap and much lower bills. We've had zero problems after 6 months.

I've been using Nick and the team at Plumr for 8 years at multiple properties and they do fantastic work. They responded super quickly during multiple emergencies--we've dealt with a few frozen / burst pipes and a leaking hot water heater over the years and I was sure glad I had a great plumber on call. They have the right combination of automated digital communications and billing but when you need to talk to a real person, they pick up the phone. They've also been on time for every appointment for EIGHT YEARS!!! I highly recommend them.

Plumr Inc is incredibly honest and upfront about everything. While I have been dealing or dealt with other contractors that up the price and recommend work that isn’t the best for me or my home; Plumr Inc gave me the truth about what is really needed. (Much less work and much less cost for me.) I am recommending Plumr Inc to my friends and family and plan on continuing to have Plumr Inc for furnace or plumbing issues whenever needed. They are not self serving or out for profits. They give their customers what is really needed. It’s refreshing to deal with an honest person with all the accurate information I need.

Plumr was fast, efficient and very pleasant. The sump pump burnt out in our basement and they gave a very reasonable quote and provided prompt next day service. I love that they provide text alerts to let you know in real time when they are arriving. They even provide a picture and the name of the plumber who they are sending. I would definitely use them again and highly recommend them to friends and family!
