I can’t thank BDL enough! They responded to my furnace failure right away and worked with me all week until the new furnace could be delivered and installed. Thanks to Josh for helping me figure out a plan and for making it come together. Eric and Jaren did a fantastic job with the installation. They arrived on time, worked non stop until it was up and running efficiently! Both of these young men were professionals!!!!

UPDATE: I want to add a thank you to Rachel Ward from the BDL Offices...she efficiently coordinated all of the work that took place...she made sure that the subcontractors (gas and electric) were in place and doing what needed to be done and the town inspectors. Coordinating several different people all on different schedules requires someone who is organized and unflappable...thank you, Rachel! Job well done!

Jake from BDL came today to service our air conditioners, we cannot say enough about how polite and professional he was. He did a great job cleaning our units and the difference was immediately notable as to their performance. I wouldn't hesitate to have Jake come and service our units in the future. I recommend BDL, they come as scheduled, without any mess left behind and we feel like they provided the best service.

I love this Company! I have Service contracts with them for two of my properties and am so happy with their timely responses and great employees. I recently had an emergency because the gas furnace in my home would not light. I called and spoke to Rachel who, very quickly coordinated a solution with her Service Manager Rob, and were able to address my problem and send out a team the next day! Both Austin D. and Dave C. troubleshot the problem and ordered a replacement part that day. The next day they installed it and my furnace work wonderfully! It doesn't get any better than that! Thank you all so very much!

I’ve used BDL in the past in my North Attleboro house they did an awesome job there. So that being said when I bought my new house in Bellingham and wanted to change my heating system to a heat pump system I called BDL again to install it in my new house and again BDL did an awesome job ! The men they sent to install the heating system are awesome they were here everyday on time and cleaned up after they were done everyday.

BDL is a Company that truly cares about its customers. From the beginning I felt I was in good hands when the owner personally came out to assess the job and provide a quote. All of my questions and concerns were addressed with thoughtful attention and individual answers. The staff in the office as well as the installers, Andrew, Leon, and Joe, all took the time to go over every detail with me. I am very happy with the results!

We replaced our oil furnace/baseboard heating with a heat pump system thru the Mass Save program. BDL provided outstanding service throughout the entire process.

Josh worked with us for for weeks assessing our needs and proposing different configurations until we settled on one that best served our situation. A couple of changes that occurred during the installation were handled without a hitch.

Shanelle was there step by step walking us through the paperwork process. Working with state and utility agencies is a challenge, and I would have been overwhelmed without her help! I am grateful for her kind patience.

Our installers Alan and James were fantastic. We have an older house with an unusual configuration, and they encountered obstacles and challenges throughout the project, which they handled with calm persistence. They treated me with care and respect, answering my (many!) questions, doing their best to accommodate my day to day needs, cleaning up each afternoon before they left, and creating a friendly, easy atmosphere.

I work from home and was very nervous about the disruption that a two week construction project was going to cause. It all went better than I could have possibly hoped.

I recommend BDL for any service that they provide. I can't imagine you could find anyone better.

When we started having problems with our heating system BDL was referred to us. I called and they sent someone that day. To make a long story short we needed a new furnace. Saying they are Professional is an understatement. The owner Brian came to give us an estimate and explain the different products and costs. The estimate arrived in a timely manner and when I had questions, like 10 of them, I sent a detailed email, and every concern was addressed in detail. On installation day the workers arrived on time. They were courteous, clean and did everything we were ordered. If I had to buy a heating system everyday I'd go to BDL; they made it so pleasant. Warm Cool and Happy!

Eric and Jaren did an amazing job upgrading my air conditioning and installing wifi thermostats! They were efficient, reliable, and explained all the details. I'm really glad I worked with BDL on this project! I also want to compliment Steve who has done fantastic work with us on numerous plumbing issues, and is always clear and highly capable. All around a great team!

Very happy with service provided from BDL. My AC broke and they had guys there almost instantly to fix it, easily coordinated with Brian. Jordan called to arrange time and service, and was sweet as pie. Jay, the serviceman, was beyond helpful and got the unit up and running. He was polite, respectful, and diligent, and an all around great serviceman. Highly recommend this company for any HVC needs. Will not go anywhere else.

Was recommended to BDL by a neighbor, and am extremely pleased with the team from start to finish and we had a big job with full ducting and heat pump installation. The crew that did the installation (Steven, Axel and Caden) was courteous and extremely professional. I trusted them in my home and happy they were the crew to get the job done.

BDL is my go to for HVAC work. They are on time, within budget, clean, and efficient. If you’re on the fence with who to choose you can’t go wrong with BDL. You get what you pay for and the quality is visible with all aspects of the project. The job was a full replacement of both AC units and coils inside the air handler.

Today, Max performed my Fall inspection & cleaning of my furnace and I couldn’t be happier with the service I received! It’s evident from the beginning that Max lives his job, has quite a bit of experience doing and excels at answering questions. It doesn’t matter how many questions you throw at Max, he is enthusiastic and answers your questions throughly with as much detail as you require. I highly recommend Max and BDL Heating and Cooling!!

We used BDL for 2 new HVAVC installs this year and had a great experience from start to finish. Josh was extremely helpful in explaining our different equipment options and answering all questions. Quotes were also competitive with others we received. Our first install was completed by Gabriel, Jon, and Eric. Our second install was completed by Axel, Steven L, and Caiden. Both teams along with their partner plumbers and electricians were professional and did a great job installing the new equipment. Lily and Rachel were also helpful in coordinating the necessary inspections. We would definitely recommend BDL for your HVAC needs!

Absolutely recommend bdl cooling and heating, they were very fast and efficient and honestly the best company I have ever worked with. Rachel was extremely responsive and helped us through all of our inspections and billing.

We would like to thank the management and crew at BDL for their professionalism, hard work and support on the recent installation of our air conditioning system. We especially want to acknowledge both Andrew and Leon who spent two days during a horrible heat wave getting the ac installed, up and operational. They both spent hours in our attic where temperatures had to be well over 100 degrees. They never complained, always showed not only professionalism but a great sense of humor. It truly was a pleasure having them in our home.
We would also like to mention Justin of Huber Electric. His workmanship and professionalism should be recognized as well. Overall, our experience with BDL from our initial contact through the final installation was extremely positive and we highly recommend BDL.

Rachel was truly one of a kind. She was attentive, quick to respond, friendly, and genuinely courteous. She guided me through every step of the process and coordinated everything on my behalf. I really appreciate great customer service, and hers alone is enough to bring me back. She has definitely made a loyal customer out of me.
