We dealt with a number of plumbers over the summer trying to get our furnace replaced before winter. Briggs was far and away the best to deal with. They were professional, responsive, and carefully explained all options and aspects of the work. The installers arrived literally on the dot, and on both days. They were exceptionally polite and happy to explain everything before leaving us with a nice clean install. The system Briggs sold us looks fantastic and works extremely well. I recommend Briggs Mechanical Inc. without hesitation or reservation.

Briggs installed a new gas furnace and heat pump in Oct 2023. Everything went smooth. Price was reasonable for the work. They showed up when they said they would and completed the job on time. They did a final walk through about a week later to make sure everything worked. They even did all the paperwork for the mass save rebates.

We unexpectedly had to replace our boiler this winter. The Briggs staff were quick to respond and assess the situation. We chose the HE system and had it installed promptly. The staff were fabulous to work with -- courteous, professional, and took the time to explain everything to us. With every confidence, I would entrust Briggs Mechanical to assist us with any future needs we have. I highly recommend their services!

Last July Briggs installed several mini splits in our residence. The Mitsubishi units work great and met all our cooling needs this past summer. We even used them to heat in the fall. The units are quiet and very efficient, surprised how little electricity they use. The compressor is in the back by my deck and I don’t even hear it when running. Chris and the install crew were great. They worked around our schedule and we’re very responsive. Highly recommend Briggs for your heating and cooling needs.

My husband and I had our central air system updated and replaced last week and could not be happier with the team at Briggs! My husband and I are in our early 30’s and felt that consultants from other companies talked to us as if we were too young to understand the nature of the update we were looking for or that we could only afford a “bottom of the barrel” system. After shopping around a bit, we ended up choosing Briggs and could not be happier! The ladies in the office were friendly, our sales consultant Chris was knowledgeable and honest, and the install team was just wonderful - the guys were friendly, nice to our dog and didn’t make a mess, which was greatly appreciated! They also humored all of our questions and did a great job! What we liked most about our experience, we were treated like valued clients and not just another number. It should go without saying, but we have been recommending Briggs Mechanical to everyone we know!

I had a water heater that failed unexpectedly just before a holiday weekend. We contacted Briggs and they were able to get a replacement water heater and free up an installation crew to get it installed the next day to keep our weekend from being a disaster. The installers they sent were very professional, pleasant, and quite efficient. Their price was also very fair especially given the amazingly quick delivery and proximity to a holiday weekend.

Overall excellent experience with Briggs, from introduction to post-installation walk through. We had a full system removal and install of central air and furnace.

Chris the sales rep knows the business, and right sizes the system to what you need, not what they need to sell. Very trustworthy company with honest pricing and recommendations.

The system installers were also puncrual, clean, and presented a nice finished product, including finishing the look of our outside AC unit with garden stone. It looks excellent.

Overall fantastic experience from beginning to end, and within a reasonable price for the high quality brands they offer.

Briggs recently came out to give us a quote on replacing our existing furnace and AC unit, and within 2 weeks the replacement was complete! The whole process was so seamless and easy! Chris and the team who came to do the installation were very professional and skilled at what they do! We couldn't have asked for better service for our install! I had Briggs Mechanical out to service my furnace and air handler. The experience from start to finish was excellent. I called them and Renee took care of the scheduling. She explained the "Comfort Club" program they have and it was exactly what I was looking for. The technician was on time and spent more than 2 hours cleaning and servicing the equipment in my home. He gave us tips on which filters to use and explained why.
This is not my first experience with this company. Mike Briggs came out himself and inspected and fixed some problems when we first bought the home. Again, he spent a long time in the home and was thorough. The price was fair and I was satisfied with the service. The company is professional and seamless to work with.

We chose Briggs to replace our 32 year old AC system, two condensers and two air handlers. We were very impressed with this company starting with the “no pressure” sales meeting with Chris who answered all our questions. The installation process went great with Corey and his team. It was a three day job and Corey arrived on time each morning and always checked in with us to see if we had any questions about the work that was planned for that day or the work they had completed the previous day. As a homeowner having work done in your home can be intimidating, but Corey and his team went the extra mile to make us feel comfortable and confident about the work being done.. They were very professional and extremely hard working. I would highly recommend this company!

We had an excellent experience with Briggs, from introduction to post-installation walk through. We had an installation of a combination unit central air and heat pump.

They walked us through the whole process, ensured we understood how the rebate system with MassSave works and made sure we knew how to apply for the rebate on our system.

The system installers were also punctual, professional, and did an excellent job. They were very careful to keep doors shut because of our cats, and were very respectful of our space.

Overall a great experience, and the pricing was reasonable and they made sure we understood what everything would cost up front.

We were in the market for ductless mini split heat pumps and contacted Briggs Mechanical. Chris helped us pick out the right system for us and was extremely professional and helpful with his advice. We asked for changes to the proposal and Chris promptly gave us revised quotes.

Shortly after signing the contract, we had an installation scheduled. Peter and Cam installed our system over two days and could not have been more courteous, professional, and thorough. The installation looks amazing and Chris provided us with a hole-punched binder with the warranties, manuals, and other documentation.

We are thrilled we chose Briggs and highly recommend them!

After 21 years, I had to replace my central units. After reaching out to them via their website. i was contacted by them within 24 hours to set up an appointment for Chris to come out and review the job. I was concerned that they would be able to get it completed before July.

Once Chris reviewed the job, I had a quote within 48 hours. Once I agreed to the quote, they schedule my installation and they started and completed on time.

The installation team was professional and courteous. They paid close attention to detail and put rugs down to protect my floors.

I would recommend using Briggs.

We have used Briggs for many years, they have always been great & very responsive. They recently installed a ductless system in our home office area. From Chris coming to give us the quote to the final installation, it was an easy & seamless process. The install was quick, easy & ready in less than a day. I received a handful of quotes to replace my aging Furnace and Central Air units. Not only was Briggs one of the more reasonably priced, but they were the only ones that spent the time to explain exactly what was going to happen and how the process works. If you want great customer service, (which is very important to me), look no further. Every Briggs employee I had the pleasure to talk with were all very polite and professional. In regards to the actual work they did, I couldn't be happier. The new system works amazing now. Working with Chris, who sold me the system, has been a pleasure and was always quick to answer my e-mails if I had any questions. Pat and his team of installers were very professional and their work certainly represents that. They cleaned up all work areas so everything was neat and tidy before they left. Another great perk is that if you're going through Mass Save, Chris will guide you through that entire process which is very convenient. I have already recommended Briggs to a couple of people and wouldn't think twice about using them in the future. After being let down in the past by other contractors and companies, it's so nice to work with a great company like Briggs.

Briggs installed two new replacements A/C units and air handlers in our home. Our prior system was 20 years old and ran on the old refrigerant so it was time for an upgrade. We had several quotes and while Briggs was a little more money, they definitely spent the most time going over our needs and wants. In the end we thought their service and professionalism more than made up for the slight premium over the other quotes. The team arrived on time and performed the install in just two days. They were very courteous and clean. At the end of each visit you wouldn't even had known they had been there. We are so happy we decided to go with Briggs. Highly recommended.

I have been using Briggs since I moved into my home in 2020. They provide quick and comprehensive service anytime we need them. They replaced our entire HVAC system and we could not be any happier! The job was done in a timely manner and by professionals who know what they are doing. We are first time customers of Briggs. We had mini split AC's installed throughout our home. Their team is phenomenal. Chris and Mike were extremely helpful with planning the installation of our units and even changed the initial plan once they had a better understanding of our needs. Communication was on point from the day of the consultation to the final walk through. Corry and Robert did excellent work with the installation and asked for our input on some details during the process to ensure we are happy with the end result. We are overall very happy with the service we received and would recommend them 100% to friends and family.

We selected Briggs for our min-split installation after getting two other estimates. Chris from their sales team spent at least an hour with us, really trying to understand what we were looking for, how we spend time in the house, what our expectations were. He got us a quote over the weekend, just as he said he would, and he answered multiple questions we had via email. Briggs was the best value, and they had also been recommended by friends who had used them. When the equipment came in, they scheduled us the following week. The installation technicians were great, very personable and professional. They kept our house neat and clean, were on time both days, answered all our questions, and finished a day ahead of schedule. We've already started using the downstairs unit for supplemental heat and can't wait to have a cool summer. We would definitely recommend Briggs, they did a great job!

I did a lot of research on heat pump companies and briggs topped the list. I am very happy with the install of my heat pump. All the technicians were attentive to all my needs. They worked clean and efficient with attention to the details.
