Would highly recommend Dempsey Energy for heating system needs. Robert was both professional and knowledgeable while troubleshooting our heating issue.

Matthew was outstanding once again. Dempsey is always our choice. Great team, informative, efficient, and timely!
They go the extra mile.

Robert did an excellent job and I would highly reccommend him. My only challenge is with the time the company wants to put aside to complete the job. 8:30 - 4:30 is not reasonable. At least break it down to half day increments.

I had my yearly oil furnace maintenance completed. I was satisfied with the work and the customer service. The technician was very polite and explained things thoroughly. The customer service was also very polite and professional.

Xavier is so nice. He is very professional and at the same time, easy to speak to. He explains things very well, takes his time, and makes sure all your questions are answered. He made a great impression across the board!!!

Yesterday, 8/20/25 Robert and Dwayne were here to perform the annual ac maintenance when they noticed my water heater was leaking, and there was significant rusting on the water heater as well as the expansion tank. They explained why both needed to be replaced ASAP and helped me schedule replacement and installation for the following day. They were both very professional, knowledgeable and helpful.
Today, 8/21/25 Charles and Matt B were here to replace and install the new water heater and expansion tank. They worked efficiently, completing the job in a timely manner and making sure to address my questions. Their professionalism and expertise is something I've come to appreciate from the Dempsey Energy technicians.
I had Dempsey Energy replace my furnace several years ago and they have been my energy company of choice since. The professionalism of their staff, excellent response time and follow up and the expertise of their technicians are unmatched.

Eric and his team are great. They have installed and serviced our air conditioner, hot water tank and gas furnace for 20 years. Always fast to respond and do great work.

This company was referred to me through American Home Shield. They called me and within 24 hours, they showed up and were on-site, diagnosed the problem and had my heat back up and running. The Technician (Xavier) was professional, explained the problem and found the replacement part quickly. The office staff were friendly and overall I was very happy with the customer experience. Thank you for making this stressful situation go smoothly!!!

Xavier and Matthew (Dempster Energy) came to my house to fix a problem with Navien High efficiency heating system. Xavier is very professional in troubleshooting the system. Assisted by Matt, Xavier fixed the problem. The three heating zones are now working fine.
