Priority One and it's sister company BDL Heating & Cooling have been great and their work has been fantastic first time around. The customer service is certainly gold star worthy. Very responsive, polite, professional, and honest.

Our gas steam boiler unexpectedly died and needed to be completely replaced. We quickly researched businesses in the area and BDL Heating & Cooling had great reviews, so we called them for a quote/estimate. BDL came out that day to assess the boiler and the scope of the job. They provided us with a fair estimate promptly and they were able to do the job right away.
The whole job from start to finish was completed in one day and we were able to have heat that evening. BDL was fast, efficient, and provided great customer service. Andrew and his team were AWESOME! We would highly recommend BDL Heating &Cooling!

top quality professionals and extremely responsive. What more could you ask for? They have never let me down and we have had at least two emergencies (old house) as well as numerous projects. Plus their work is thorough, and well done- everyhting perfect when they leave.

This company went above and beyond to get us a new water heater. The warranty was running out and they worked with the mfg to get us a new hot water tank. The entire Priority One team is great, from the answering service, Jordan, Josh and the our tech Zach who has been to our home at least a few times now and always very thorough explaining everything in detail which we appreciate.

Zach came out to replace our toilet and sink today. He was very professional and efficient. Would definitely recommend!

In the fall Priority One Plumbing & Heating, the sister company of BDL Heating & Cooling, replaced my heating system with a high-efficiency gas boiler and an indirect water heater. I knew it was time to replace my heating system after my 12 year old water heater started leaking (the original gas boiler was 60+ years old). I received several different proposals but I decided to go with Priority One after talking with Josh. He explained the pros and cons of each option very clearly and comprehensively and also answered all of my questions. Josh arranged for a temporary water heater to be installed after my unit failed in the summer. This new heating system was eligible for a rebate from Mass Save since it met their energy efficiency standards. I've already seen considerable savings in my gas bill over the past three months. My experience with the installation technicians and the administrative staff has been outstanding. I value the high level of professionalism, expertise, communication, and customer service shown to me by the entire BDL/Priority One team. Recently, I decided to have BDL install central air conditioning in my home. I'd highly recommend Priority One and BDL for any of your plumbing, heating, and cooling needs.

Priority One was extremely responsive and professional when my water pipe burst. Despite it being a high volume weekend due to extreme temperatures they were there for me in a very stressful situation. In my follow up call with the office, Josh took the time to explain my all my options to me. I have complete confidence in them and will be using them for all my plumbing needs.

Rachel was amazing with all the scheduling and my questions. She was always very professional and patient with great follow up. I’m very pleased with the service she and Priority one provided and would not hesitate to utilize them in the future.

Recently had my hot water heater start leaking and knew it needed to be replaced. Although I have a home warranty service, the company they sent out wanted to charge $1400 for “modifications” on a simple replacement. I called Priority One and got a simple quote for slightly more than the “modifications” and asked them to come complete the job. They scheduled it the next day and were in and out in 4 hours. New hot water heater heats the water better and quicker than the previous one. Couldn’t have asked for better service and responsiveness. I recommend Priority One to anyone who’s looking!

This past winter I had different plumbers check my furnace. Had trouble with them all until I found priority one. The first time I contacted them, I was contacted within the same day!! All the services after that call was excellent, professional, friendly & responsible! They used good material & they were always pleasure to talk to, no matter how busy they were, they found time to answer all of my questions including helping me financing. I don't have enough words to describe how grateful I am, to find an excellent company like priority one. For sure I would recommend PRIORITY ONE!!! Honesty is hard to find!! Btw my furnace looks great!!!!

We've been Priority One customers for several years. Recently, we had a small gas leak in the pipe leading to our hot water heater so the utility company turned off the tank. Josh worked with his team and was able to get someone out to our house the same day so that we were not without hot water very long! Both Josh and his plumber were extremely courteous and professional. We highly recommend this company.

Priority One handled all aspects in the installtion of a new heat system very professionally and are highly recommended. The job was done neatly and on-time. All the pre and post install activities (like fine tuning and town inspections) were alo handled very efficiently.

Have used this company for over a year now. They are still great! Polite, explain everything. I had a problem and they really worked w me to figure out a solution. Great people!

Steve L. came to do yearly maintenance check of boiler and water heater. I thought he did a great job. He answered all my questions cause I had just moved here so this equipment is new to me. He explained everything clearly, talked about how they would keep a history on the equipment was very thorough.

Outstanding quality service in all aspects! Priority One's communication is superlative, day or night!! Rachel coordinated all aspects of our furnace replacement and inspection and it was a flawless experience. I highly recommend Rachel and the entire team.

Called Priority plumbing. They called me back within half hour. Receptionist was so nice! Would come out for free estimate. They came out 2 hrs later and this was not a emergency. Then I had the pleasure to meet Zack. He came 10 minutes early. Looked at everything gave me some options. Saved me a good amount of money. He had to move my drier to get to the pipe. Then when done he told me if for any reason I needed him back he would return.This usually never happens. I actually called another plumber right before calling Priority plumbing they were going to come out for estimate and would charge me $125.00 if I decided not to go with them. If I went with them that would go towards the total. That's a horrible way to do business, especially these days with things so tough financially. I will never use another plumber ever except Priority plumbing. You can't go wrong.
