Domenic was thorough in both his work, time and explanations. This is my parents’ home, and they both have dementia. Domenic introduced himself and answered their questions with kindness and understanding. It has been so long since anything was done on this unit, and he took the time to explain to me everything that needed to be done, options available and outcome if not done. He even asked permission to pull a weed next to the unit! 5 stars aren’t enough! Thank you for representing your company as well as you did, Domenic. You now have an anual customer!

My A/C went down Sunday about 3 pm. Called Royal Monday morning. Tech Brian checked the whole system and had me up and running in no time. Fast courteous service and reasonable price. Can't ask for more. You guys are my go to people for all my HVAC needs.

Royal recently installed an air handler at my office. They were professional, thorough and the techs were great to work with. Yesterday, the AC stopped working. I called Royal and they came first thing this morning. They found the issue that was actually on a part of the system installed by a different company I no longer use and got it resolved. Couldn't be happier with Royal's team and service.

All the folks at Royal Air have been very nice and professional. They are quick to respond to issues, and they offered three different scenarios at different price points to choose from for our AC system replacement. It is apparent that they care about their customers.

Royal Systems just serviced our Heating System once again above and beyond service!! The technician did the repairs then, to finish, found he actually needed a part he wouldn’t have until the next day so our heat would still be out, we understood but later the same night to our grateful surprise he returned with the part they managed to locate and came out to get our boiler up and running. For us, this was incredible service, thank you Royal you’re the best!!

Royal Air Systems were a pleasure to deal with. Domenic was courteous, knowledgeable and made us feel very comfortable with his work and the company. 5 out of 5 stars! Would highly recommend!!

Had Nick come by for annual servicing and as always - amazing service. Have updates on what he’s seeing and what to keep an eye out for and got is set up for the upcoming winter season!

Had Nick come by for a problem we’ve been running into with our boiler. I’m usually not one for doing reviews but I have to say - the staff and service of Royal Air continue to impress me and is why we’ll keep coming back. Nick was incredibly thorough. Took pictures and explained the before and after and the work he did.

We have been customers for our heating & cooling systems since 2006. The entire Royal Air staff are honest, reliable, trustworthy, exceptionally knowledgeable & courteous! Today's service call was no exception, Nick was all of the above & more!!! He located & resolved the problem immediately!!! We have nothing but great admiration for Royal Air & the staff!! Nick is an outstanding employee!!!

Contracted with Royal to install a new heating system - replaced my old boiler with a new energy efficient model. They did a fantastic job - very professional and thorough in the installation. Removed my old system and always cleaned up daily. I was very pleased with the work (see picture). I chose to go with Royal as in the past (about 4 yrs ago) I had them put in an AC system for me and they did an awesome job then. I would highly recommend them for any AC/heating job. 5 stars!

Using Royal Air for the installation of our heat pump and furnace was a great experience from beginning to end. From the initial contact they were responsive. The salesperson was extremely knowledgeable with great follow through helping us navigate the financing process and installation. The estimate was exceptionally reasonable particularly with respect to the finished product and installation. The crew that installed our unit was reliable, respectful, incredibly fast and clean. Can't say enough about the exceptional service from Royal. Outstanding job!

Royal should be your go to! Tom was great in servicing our HVAC system and walking us through the maintenance he performed. Can't say enough about the maintenance plan. It pays for itself and gives you a piece of mind. Thanks Royal and keep up the great work!

I like their responses to my calls for service and maintenance. They do first try to fix things without expensive replacements

Eric came out right on time and performed maintenance on our two furnaces. He was so courteous and explained everything he did. Had some suggestions on future replacements as the units are aging. Thanks again Eric and Royal Air for your great service.

I have been using this company for 4+ years. They are easy to schedule appointments with, reliable, and the technicians always explain their services clearly. I purchase a service agreement each year and think it's well worth the money. You don't want to get stuck with broken heat or AC for too long, and their reliability has been a huge help over the years.

A very positive experience -- highly recommend. I worked with Tom, who showed up right on time and was extremely helpful in servicing my household AC unit. I'm admittedly inexperienced when it comes to the TLC needed for AC upkeep, and Tom was very knowledgeable and shared helpful tips with me after resolving my issues. 100% recommend this company for anyone looking for smart, helpful, and prompt HVAC service.

Called them for the first time since the heat wasn’t working. Colin called before showing up as promised. He was very quick and figured things out and explained what happened to me and explained how the system works.

As always my furnace is in good care. Tom ( the technician )was very polite and professional . My Castle is ready for Winter. It feels good to have someone to take care of my furnace. Thank you!

Had our semi annual maintenance performed today. Not only was Eric our technician on time he was early! He explained everything he was going to do and answered all my questions! Sent a report of the findings within a half hour. Very impressed! Can always count on Royal Air!
