company has no respect

Awful! If you want to be just a number then this is the company for you. The customer service is an answering machine. You never get a live person and good luck hoping they call you back. The work starts out strong and declines quickly. They do the bare minimum but charge premium prices. Also, when the make a mistake or damage something they don’t let you know and deny responsibility. It’s really disappointing!
