Carrielynn was quickly responsive, forthright about timing and what they do and don't do as part of their deep clean service, and pleasant. She and John did a rock star job on our house and I'm so grateful! The sinks sparkle, the pesky ceiling cobwebs that appear in the darker corners are gone, and man oh boy, no dust!

Contacted Carrielynn on a Monday to schedule a Move-In clean. After a few emails, we had settled on that Friday! Great flexibility, and I'm glad I reached out.

Carrielynn rolled up wearing a mask and gloves in her unassuming sedan which somehow fit her and all of her cleaning caddies and machines. I walked her through the house. She was kind, thorough, friendly, and eager to help me out. She sent me an invoice upon inspection which I could pay with a few taps on my phone - really great practice for a pandemic.

I held the door as she carried her equipment in, then went to take down some blinds. When I returned she had already jumped up on her ladder and was scrubbing the cabinets out. I turned around and she was right at it!

I finished up my tasks and exchanged numbers with Carrielynn, who told me 5 hours later the job would be done. That afternoon I received a text that she had cleared out. I returned to find the house looking, smelling, and FEELING clean. The energy was totally different, the appliances were spotless, the dust gone.

Not only did she do a great job in the house, she sent me a text that afternoon with a summary and a few tips for our new house.

Carrielynn is personable and professional. She'll be my first call if I need cleaning in the future, and I recommend her to anyone who is looking for a local, small cleaning business!
