We had what we thought was a plumbing nightmare on our hands. Two other plumbers attempted to 'fix' it, and we were told it would be an invasive and expensive fix by another plumber. John answered the call, came within 48 hrs, and FIXED the problem, quickly, efficiently and affordably!

I can't rate the work, but I can rate the service. This is a company that doesn't return phone calls. I get it if they're too busy to do a job, but that's no excuse for not calling to say that's the case.
