I have known Robin since I started my moving company and right from the beginning she wanted to help me grow. She gave me business and referrals on a constant basis. Over the years robin has gained my full respect because she is always extremely professional in all situations. She is one of the most respectful, hardworking, and honest business owners I have ever met. She does great work and the furniture she sells is always top notch.

I am so impressed with the service, commitment and dedication to the client experience at Design Center West! One stop shop….from beginning to end! My kitchen and half bath counters, backsplash and sink were orchestrated perfectly from choosing materials to plumbing to installing to finished product. I also wanted my kitchen walls painted to top off the updates and DCW got it done within 2 days of quoting. I will most definitely use DCW for all my home projects going forward! Everyone was exceptionally nice and delightful to work with. Huge thumbs up!! 👍🏼👍🏼

I hired DCW for a full kitchen renovation, which came out BEAUTIFULLY. With such a large project, communication is crucial; Jeremy truly was a pleasure to work with and always made us feel like his top priority. Prices were reasonable and the job got done much quicker than expected.

We are very pleased with our selection and so happy to have received our sectional before the holidays. This is our second experience with Design Center West and both have been extremely positive. The suggestions our designer made were so helpful and she went out of her way to obtain the leather we were most interested in. We will continue to turn to DCW in the future, as they deliver a quality product, in a timely manner, with total professionalism. Highly recommend!

This is a review in progress. For the past several months DCW has provided us with design services for our new kitchen, bathroom, fireplace and flooring. Jeremy and Ofelia are great to work with and Ofelia really gets what we like. It is refreshing to work with folks that understand what you are all about.

I would not recommend Design Center West in Northborough. I am very dissatisfied with the work that was performed installing my new kitchen tile floor. There are some ridges between the tiles, some of the tiles are higher and/or lower than the edge of adjacent tile. There is lippage on many tiles. One tile is not glued down enough, it can be pushed down. One tile that had a 3 inch cut line in it, was replaced and put in with double sided tape. Not even glued in. I had to call my handyman over to see if he would be able to correct these issues. I am still cleaning glue off some of the tiles, this was a sloppy, unprofessional job.
