Phenomenal! I have a 2018 Generac, that I was looking to have serviced. I called and spoke with Patrick on the phone who answered all of my questions and took the time to explain their process and charges. For today's appointment Bill showed up right on time and got right to work. Watching, I couldn't believe how thorough he was! He explained everything he was doing and why he was doing it. Patrick showed up as Bill was finishing and by the time the two of them left, my generator looked brand new! I have confidence that my generator is ready for another year.

I have a very long story about my generator living directly on the ocean. Key Elec is the absolute best, ask for Patrick.

Our generator failed a test and I was unable to diagnose the problem, Pat quickly came out, diagnosed the problem and ordered the relevant parts. Within a few days it was up and running again. I will continue to work with Key Electric for any and all my future generator needs.

I just had a stand-by generator installed by Key Electric. What a great team! They helped me with and advised me through every aspect of the installation from picking the best generator to placement of the generator on the property to making sure i knew about and was comfortable with the generator.
My generator team is Bill and Patrick. The electricians were Sean and Ody. They are professional, knowledgeable, friendly, hard working, genuinely nice people and more. They treated me, my house and property with absolute respect. They made sure i understood what they were doing and that everything was safe and in order.
Their price was totally in line with other estimates and for me was in fact the cheapest.
I am keeping them on for bi-annual maintenance for the generator. i wouldn’t have anyone else.

Once again I have to leave an amazing review for Patrick at Key Generator! Couple weeks ago on a Friday night we lost power and our generator came on, but still had no power. Text Patrick and he got right back to me and actually came down at 7:30 on a Friday night! WOW!
Patrick called Sean, the owner of Key Electric and they both came down first thing Saturday morning and fixed the problem. This is a hands down 10 Star company and would recommend Patrick and Key Generator/Electric for all your generator and electrical needs.

Patrick and Bill were EXTREMELY helpful. Our generator was in need of service due to an error code and every company I called was scheduling out 1 month. I explained the situation to Patrick and Bill and they said it should be an easy fix. Since they were in the area, they came over within 30 minutes and fixed our issue. (Error Code 2099 on Generic). Patrick and Bill were very knowledgeable, friendly and most importantly diligent/thorough and fixed a few other things that the installer forgot to do, which won't lead the the water issue we had in our J-Box. I highly recommend them, they are 10x better than the big service companies!!

Key Electric was a life saver for us! They came out in a hurry to get our generator running after noticing it wasn’t doing the weekly test and a red light was displayed on the unit.

Patrick has been servicing our generator for several years. Most of that time was through another company that I didn’t really care for. Pat is with Key Electric now and I followed him there because he is the best generator tech ever! He is highly skilled, knowledgeable, professional,articulate and communicates extremely well. Responds quickly to calls. I have referred several friends with generators to him and they all have had great experiences and now have maintenance contracts. One in particular had another company in to fix his generator problem several times and it would never work right. Pat correctly diagnosed the problems and had it up and running perfectly. Bill and Pat installed and maintained our generator and it was always a pleasure working with them - honest, professional, and friendly. They left their former company when it was sold and resulting maintenance was fine but the company difficult to deal with. It was awesome to find they had started the generator division for Key Electric. They came out for a service call a month ago and they found that our generator had a fatal error. They worked with Briggs & Stratton on a warranty claim and are coming out this week with a new replacement unit. Thanks, guys! You're the hardest working and best generator team!
