Needed a technician to check our heating system that has been giving us issues, the team responded, gave updated information and listened to our needs. The heater was thoroughly checked and restarted, with additional suggestions for future issues.

Mikey was very professional. He explained everything well and did the work. Cleaned up. I would definitely use your company again and recommend it to others.

Purchased a complete HVAC replacement system from BLue Bear. They were extremely professional and attentive thru the entire process from Sales, to Installation, to follow up maintenance issues. Was extremely impressed with both their knowledge of the HVAC system which was a complex dual-fuel Heat pump/propane system, as well as the advanced Ecobee thermostat that controls it. Additionally, they were extremely helpful in filling out the Mass Save rebate forms and completing that process. Would highly recommend them for all your HVAC needs!

We have had Blue Bear provide plumbing services 3 times this year - it's an old building and Blue Bear has been great. This is the second time Klark was the plumber, and he is great! I'm pretty sure we will be having more work done and I'm sure we will call Blue Bear. I hope they send Klark again.

They were able to get materials quickly and all three projects completed in one day. Would absolutely welcome them back!

Blue Bear for the win!! Was great to find someone to come on a Sunday—-otherwise we had no water. We had to turn the water off to the whole house because the shower wouldn’t turn off and there was no independent valve. Dan came and did a great job. He was pleasant, knowledgeable, and patient with all my questions.

From start to finish, everything was handled with professionalism, efficiency, and genuine care. The team was not only knowledgeable but also incredibly friendly and easy to work with. They took the time to understand exactly what I needed and delivered above and beyond my expectations.

Blue Bear replaced both my furnaces after finding safety issues during my pre winter seasonal maintenance. Throughout the process they were professional, efficient, timely and conscientious of my needs. They offered me multiple choices of pricing, models, and installation dates. I chose to upgrade my AC unit as well to save future issues and hopefully $$ on my older model. I now will be cozy and warm this winter and ready for 250 year celebrations next year!

This was the best among the four outfits I contacted to replace my AC system. Good communication with clear explanation of options. Priced competitively with other contractors. Worked on schedule and completed the task with minimal delay. Will use them again.

Brittany was great keeping me up to date on the appointment and what time to expect Mark. Mark did a great job explaining everything to me while checking tankless hot water system and heating system. I’m glad a signed up with the plan they offer.

Jayden checked out our heating system a few weeks ago as part of our annual maintenance service agreement. He pointed out a number of issues that needed to be dealt with, highlighted by an igniter switch that was likely to fail sooner than later. After getting quotes to fix each of the problems, I asked him/Blue Bear to come back and replace the switch. He came as scheduled today and took care of it quickly. He also took the time to point out some unique aspects of our system and offered insights on what he’d suggest we consider when it was time to replace our unit. He was honest and very informative. He is a pro and a credit to your company.

In May of 2023 I had Blue Bear out to install an A/C including duct work. They did an awesome job.

The only part of the process I didn’t like was the silver/gold/platinum pricing. There were no details on type of system and it just kind of felt made up.

That said, I had a few good conversations with John Oliva who worked with me to price out a Heat Pump that met Mass Save requirements and was on my budget.

The team they sent out was on time, knowledgeable, and cared for my home as if it was their own. I was impressed with how clean the installation came out and how motivated the guys were to do a good job.

After words the office team helped me fill out all the necessary paper work for Mass Save. Mass Save took a while to pay out; but I can’t blame Blue Bear for that!

I had my water filter replaced and needed a a pop up drain stopper replaced in my bathroom. They also offered to look at all bathrooms and make sure the plumbing was in good order which I greatly appreciated! Definitely recommend.

I had Blue Bear out to look at my boiler. Jayden did a great job my heat and hot water is back up and running. Great job, will definitely call again!

Great experience. Diagnosed and repaired a very unique problem with the inside unit for Mitsubishi heat pump. Also did a great job with the annual cleaning to all my inside wall units highly recommend Blue Bear

Will say right up front, if finding the absolute lowest price is your primary goal then you may want to call around. If you want a company with knowledgeable technicians, efficient response and work, wide range of services, fair pricing options with a written warranty to stand behind the service, Blue Bear is your answer.

Called in a "no heat" issue on a busy, 20 degree morning. After some initial troubleshooting and info gathering on the phone with customer service, Matt M was at the door less than 2-1/2 hours later.

After a complete look over of the boiler system, Matt presented options (with upfront pricing) for the service needed as well as a few suggested items that may also need some attention down the road. No hard upsell. All immediate needs were successfully fixed. He even took the time to look at a second boiler unit that I mentioned had a non-critical issue. It was fixed on the spot as well.

As much as I hope that I don't need a lot of regular service from them (did I mention they have a monthly service plan?), I'll be happy to skip playing contractor phone tag and make one call to the Blue Bear team anytime.

Everyone from answering the phone, every technical and final walk thru expert was well spoken, well dressed, knowledgeable in their field and hardworking. I highly recommend blue bear. They do the job right the first time.

We just had Blue Bear replace our 10+ year old tankless water heater, and while the price was relatively high, the quality of installation and the upgrade to the unit itself was well worth it. The Blue Bear crew, particularly Jack O. were phenomenal. Despite their high prices, Blue Bear is worth it.
