Family owned business, knowledgeable staff that can get you the right items to make the job work correctly the first time out. Provides Info that is lacking in big box stores. Lots of parking and conveniently downtown.

Lived in Palmer my whole life. Remember going here as a little kid with my dad. Always friendly and Knowledgeable. You can go here and not know the exact part you need. They will steer you to the right part, plus give instructions on how to install. Just look at the hours of operation though. Basically make it impossible to get there if you work full time.forces us to go to Lowes.

This place is great. Extremely high quality. You really see the difference in product quality verses large "warehouse / Depot" stores. The staff knows just about everything and from my experience everything is in stock. All your plumbing needs in one location. This is the only place to go for plumbing.

I have no experience with plumbing but he took the time to explain how to correctly repair my plumbing issue. He gave me options for what I could use to repair and replace the piping and made sure I had the right tools for the job. Amazing customer service and very patient. 10/10 will go back for any plumbing supplies I need.

While recently building a new house, I decided to give my local plumbing supply store a look before going to the big box stores. I was pleasantly surprised at the amount of time and effort both Russ and Ron spent with me while I was shopping for faucets. They really took the time to help me look through all the options and make sure I was happy with my decisions. It's really great to experience this type of customer service, something you don't get at the big box stores, and at the same time know that I am supporting a local family owned business.

I would highly recommend going to visit Russ and Ron next time you are in the market for anything related to plumbing. We need to support these small business owners and make sure that great customer service isn't a thing of the past.

R.A. Manley & Sons has been our go-to plumbing supply store since we built our home in 2002. Russ & Ron are always helpful, patient, and professional. If they don't have what we need, they are straight up about it and don't try to sell you something you don't need. A few years ago, I needed a Delta faucet part that they had just run out of stock on and told me that rather than ordering through them, I could get it faster going direct to Delta and they were right.

Today, I went in 5 minutes before closing and they were just as professional as any other time. I needed more faucet parts and they had everything I needed. In fact, in addition to a new valve assembly, I took a shot that they might have a replacement handle for existing one that had mounting problems. I had looked online elsewhere, and no one else seemed to have one in stock; they all had to order one. Checked their backroom inventory and found a Delta handle that was a close match and over $40 less expensive than if I bought the original Delta handle. They even said that if their replacement didn't fit or look right, just bring it back for a refund, no issues. It fit perfectly and we are super happy with the result.

Always helpful, awesome shop with good (fair in 2024 all considering) prices. A game changer, what used to be called “good common business sense, is they don’t look down upon you if you’re not a plumber, like some other local shops are notorious for. Too bad it’s not common anymore. I determine where I spend my hard-earned $, and when my contractor had me buy fittings to save time, I went here, will go back to support local businesses, and highly recommend!

Can’t say enough how great the owners are. Were able to diagnose and fix my well pump all within an hour of me walking in. Very knowledgeable and me not being a plumber or knowing much about it, and they were able to explain it in a way that I could easily understand and show me how to fix it and why it broke. No condescending attitudes with these guys…. Pleasure to do business with.
