In 2023, Osayi from Regal Appliance Services LLC repaired my Samsung dryer. It needed a new belt and heating element. He was on time and was able to complete the work within an hour and a half. My stove with a broken oven igniter was not serviceable for a lack of available parts. Nonetheless, the repair cost was within an expected range and it was completed within two days of my initial call without any complications. I'd recommend Regal Appliance Services and Osyai for future work.

In February 2026, Osayi from Regal Appliance Services LLC returned to replace the broken belt on my Samsung dryer. He communicated that he was running late but he was efficient and completed the work professionally and quickly. While the repair costs were 25% higher than 2.5 years previously, it was still cheaper than buying a new machine and everything was working within 24 hours after I scheduled the appointment. Give Osayi a raise!

I called the vendor for a washing machine issue and they recommended Regal and also told them I had a refrigerator problem which was to be serviced by another vendor. Regal (Osayi) diagnosed both in such a short time, I cancelled the other vendor and he ordered parts and we were up in no time. Very nice person and knowledgeable. I highly recommend. The one year warranty on the devices covers all other repairs for them regardless of the problem being different. Thanks Osayi.

Highly recommend Regal Appliance Service. The owner, Osayi, scheduled the visit to fix my washer promptly, quickly diagnosed the problem and ordered the part, which arrived within 48 hrs. Osayi came back the day I told him part was here. Professional, knowledge, pointed out other maintenance things he could do but not in a pressure/sales type of way. Highly recommend!

Osayi was absolutely amazing! Came the same day and fixed my dishwasher in about 15 minutes! I have to add that I called seven other places and apparently nobody wants to fix LG dishwashers.? Not sure exactly why that is but it took him very little time. he was nice enough to give me a two hour window and still called 30 minutes before. I highly highly recommend!

The tech who fixed my refrigerator was Osayi, and he was delightful. Very professional, courteous, and informed me every step of the way of what was wrong and what needed to be done to fix it. I highly recommend and would definitely use Regal, and Osayi again!

I am so happy to have found Osayi! He is a true professional! Came same day and repaired my dryer, as the belt was broken and tightened the wiring for the power button because it was loose. I will definitely use his services again if needed in the future! He was great!

Regal has a great on-line process for scheduling an appointment. They show up on-time and communicate well. Osayi is professional and pleasant. I wish we didn't have a lemon of a dishwasher, but I am glad we found a good appliance repair company!

We were able to make an appointment online and luckily Osayi was available to come out the next day. Osayi was very punctual and informed us when he anticipated arriving at our house. He was very professional and polite. We would not hesitate to use Regal Appliance Services and Osayi again

Osayi saved our Thanksgiving! Our oven broke less than a week before the holiday. I was able to schedule an appointment, get the part we needed and have the repairs done (quickly and correctly) within 48 hours. I would highly recommend Regal Appliance Repair and plan on using them again if the need arises.

They were timely and provided me options on the issue with my dryer. they ordered the parts which were delivered to my house and then came back and installed them . Overall satisfied with the job and the professional courtesy including updates if running later than appointment.

We were able to get an appointment to repair our icemaker/water dispenser right away. Their technician, Duke, was very professional, friendly, explained everything thoroughly, and successfully tackled the problem. I should mention here he had to travel a long distance more than once since the repair was complicated and different parts were required. I would call these folks again for any appliance repair and highly recommend them.

Over the past month, service tech Duke visited repeatedly to fix our clothes washer and try potential new parts. With our Regal repair warranty in place, when the final repair option failed, Regal promptly refunded our warranty for all but a single repair cost. Again, hats off: pleasant, honest, prompt, and resourceful.

Had Regal Appliance come by to fix our range. Booking system works great, I must say. They canceled the first appointment but gave me good warning - so no worries… Arrived right on time for the next appts, very friendly and professional (needed some spare parts) and gave some good advice on maintenance. I couldn’t recommend Regal enough. They had SAME DAY appointments available to easily book online which seems unheard of. Their diagnostic fee is lower than anyone else. Juliany came out and diagnosed our issue, ordered the part, and was back a few days later to complete the repair.

Osayi was great. He came out in July and fixed our dryer for a very reasonable price. He communicated very well when he was on his way and then what the problem was. In November we had another problem with the dryer, he came out very quickly and informed me that we were under warranty with them so even though it was a different problem it was covered. I highly recommend.

A pleasant human picked up the phone right away.
A courteous technician came out same day as when I requested service, diagnosed the issue with my refrigerator and ordered the needed part from the manufacturer.
The part arrived two days later, he returned and installed it within three hours of its arrival and provided a service guarantee for anything else going wrong with the refrigerator for several years.
