I called for an appointment for an AC repair at 8:30 AM, the technician arrived at 10:30 and the service was completed an hour later. He was experienced, competent, polite and professional.
The bill was pretty reasonable too! Highly recommend!

My heat wasn't working so I called Affordable. The technician Steve had figured out what was wrong in like 10 minutes. He had the part in his van and was done in about an hour. I can't say enough about him. He was professional, knowledgeable and kind. I am very pleased with both Steve and Affordable. I will use them for my yearly cleanings and any issues I may have in the future.

I had a GREAT experience with Affordable Heating & AC. I had a new AC installed, after getting a few quotes they were the cheapest but that did not equate to quality or communication. They were communicative, on-time, friendly and worked hard to get my AC installed on a super-hot summer day. Could not speak higher of Zach and team who installed the unit. THANK YOU!

Highly recommend Affordable Heating & AC, Rob communicated with my wife and I by text to schedule the appointment and follow up with status. His professionalism and attention to detail, made us very comfortable with the visit. The house is nice and cool again, look forward to working with Rob in the future.

My 18 year old AC unit had been struggling the past few years and the annual service call to nurture the system for another year really were not helping any more. It got to the point were we found ourselves popping in a couple of window AC units to supplement the main system. Clearly it was time to face facts and look into getting the system replaced.
I contacted Affordable Heating & AC based on their very positive review history. I was able to quickly connect with the company and schedule an estimate that worked easily with my schedule.

Devin came to the house at the agreed time, inspected the system thoroughly and took through my options. There was no pressure, no rushing, super clear communications and able to answer all my questions. In the end it was clear that repairing the system was not cost effective and a new system would be needed. In addition to replacing the system, we opted to purchase water & air purification systems (something we discussed for years but never had time to look into). Devin Angelopolus did a great job was able to produce estimate options within a few minutes and left me to talk this over with my wife and decide on my own schedule. Once we decided, we were able to schedule the work (2 days of work) for just a couple of weeks out, again to a time that worked for us!

Install day came. Steve Roache and Devin were the installers. They came right on time, briefly talked to me about the job and made sure what he would be doing would not interfere with my own work. After that, they got to work and at days end we had most of the AC system in place and the work area thoroughly cleaned up. Day 2 came and was pretty much a repeat of day on. Zach Duda and Devin arrived on time, checked in with me to make sure impact was minimized then got to work. By the end of day 2, AC, water filtration and air purification were all up and running and the job site well cleaned.

Sitting here a few days later writing this review I am very impressed with how this company operates, the quality of their staff and the work they do and their commitment to customer service. The new AC system is performing much better than the old ever did and the water in our house is considerably cleaner. As far as the air purification system goes, it's only been running a few days. I'll try to check back after a few months and weigh in on its performance.

My air conditioning stopped working one night, and I emailed to see if I could get a service tech out sometime soon. I received an email back with scheduling options within the hour. My technician Robert let me know when he was on his way and was exactly on time. The problem fixed quickly and affordably. I would recommend them for any of your needs!

The team at AHAC went above and beyond in our boiler replacement. They were patient, thorough, communicative, and professional — and had the best quote among all of the HVAC companies we contacted. Would wholeheartedly recommend them.

Eric from Affordable came to check our very old furnace. He cleaned it, checked the levels and ordered a new part for it. Eric explained everything and even recommended placing another CO2 alarm lower to the floor as CO2 is a heavy gas. Can't be too careful. He was very professional and efficient. Great experience - called requesting appointment for service - scheduled for the next day - company communicated perfectly on scheduling both by text and email - skilled technician, Zach, came when promised and got right to work. Repaired unit quickly and reasonably priced. Have already recommended to others.

New TRANE heating system and new central AC at a fantastic price with their guidance through the MASSAVE System. Rebates, no-interest loans, excellent. Although the price is excellent the workmanship is superb and the best part is the professionalism and courtesies of the workers. They were amazing. Rob and his staff are very professional. We have used Affordable Heating and AC for replacing our water heater and they also did a great job when they installed central air conditioning. They told us that the natural gas furnace that came with our house was actually too large and the age was unknown, so upon their recommendation, we decided to replace the gas furnace at the same time as installing central AC. Another local business gave us a quote that was almost double Affordable’s price. If any mechanical issues happen to crop up in the future, I know that Affordable Heating will be there for us in a prompt manner and the pricing will be reasonable.

Spoke to Rob when our A/C died during a 9 day heat wave. He was able to get to us in a couple of days, (way better than anyone else) and even called me because he had a cancelation to come earlier. Steve showed up on time, fixed the unit promptly and the $$ was very fair. Very happy with everything. They are my go to people now.

Came out on a Sunday when my central air stopped working. Fixed the problem and patient with explaining how to not have the problem happen again in the future. Very reasonable pricing and couldn’t be happier with the service!!

I have used Affordable a couple times now for the properties I manage. They are timely, efficient, reasonably priced and go the extra mile to properly diagnose an issue, rather than just suggesting the whole system needs to be replaced. The techs are friendly, knowledgeable and willing to inform you of what they are doing and what the best option for the problem is. Will definitely be using them again.

Jason did a great job assuring our new AC unit was operating properly. The unit was installed in February and this was the test run. Home cool and dry and we trust it will stay that way.

We had Zac from Affordable HVAC come out for our Mini Split
which stopped working during this heat wave. He did a great job finding out what the problem was and fixing it in a timely manner. Thank you Zac for solving our A/C problem and fixing it so we can sleep in the cool during the night.
We have used Affordable HVAC for all our heating and air conditioning over the years and they are the best.
