Amazing service! The owner is so nice and professional and provides the highest quality service. I had a difficult carpet stain that required expertise to eliminate and after careful consideration he was able to treat the carpet and fully eliminate the stain and odor. He also helped with cleaning furniture. I will be referring Spotless Cleaners to everyone I know!

If there was a way to give or rate this company 100 stars I would . I can’t say enough about Cleber and his crew, they were professional, helpful and HONEST.
The fact that I was originally quoted 4 days and they were done in 2 days says it all. Cleber knew that the circumstances were bad enough that he pushed his guys right along and stayed by their side and was also all hands on deck.. After loosing pretty much everything in my basement, a lot of personal belongings from my sons kindergarten to 3rd grade (when things were funny that kids would put on paper) school work, all my mothers days art work upon countless containers just gone Spotless Restoration didn’t take advantage of that desperation. All items lost from that rain storm Norwood suffered on June 28th Spotless Restoration did not take advantage of any time even though he knew there was no choice here it absolutely had to be done.. the smell was horribly rancid and very unhealthy for days until Friday 7/17, when I got home it smelled like I was in a lemony fresh bath!!!!!!! Ahhhh it was amazing..😃👍
The steps that were taken by Spotless Restoration were kind and considerate. His crew were very respectful of a sensitive situation.
I wanted to say THANK YOU to Spotless Restoration to Cleber and crew for making a painful situation less painful.

Amazing professional work, my living room carpet was very old with a lot of usage and it now looks brand new!! I called around multiple places and this was by far the most reasonable priced!

We had a flood in our basement recently and our insurance agent suggested that we call Cleber at Spotless Cleaning and Restoration. I called on Labor Day weekend and got an immediate response. Cleber and another member of his crew were at our house that morning with industrial equipment and expertise. They got the basement prepared to dry out and ready for the next steps. During the next few days and weeks we relied on Ayo, who works with Cleber. She was amazing. Ayo worked so diligently with our insurance company to get a resolution to our claims. She had the space tested for asbestos and had the appropriate company handle that for us. Through the next weeks she persisted with the insurance claims and arranged for mold remediation to be scheduled. All of this work was done by staff who are professionally trained, reliable and careful. I can't say enough positive things about the work done by Spotless Restoration. After looking for a long while for a company to strip and wax our floors we hired Spotless Cleaning. We had a bad experience with a previous company, and that is why we took our time deciding on which other company to hire. We were thrilled with the results as Spotless Cleaning made the floors shined like new. The owner Cleber Faiole and staff were very professional and delivered on what they promised. We will continue to use this company.

Spotless came to try and remove an old dog related stain in our living room. He was punctual, neat and very thorough!! Added bonus, the stain was able to be removed!! Highly recommend Spotless!!

At the recommendation of Marra Flooring in Ashland, we hired Spotless to clean our den rug. The rug was looking very dirty and really needed to be cleaned to freshen up the room. Klebber and his associate were fantastic! Our rug looks as good as new. Both Spotless and Marra Flooring were easy to work with on this project and would definitely recommend them. We will have Spotless back to clean other rugs in our home. P.s…very dog friendly which is a major plus in my book!

I can not say enough good things about Spotless Cleaning! Our dog had an accident on our white carpet (not the easy kind to clean up) and we were in a panic to resolve the issue before we left for a trip in a matter of hours. We made an emergency call to Spotless Cleaners. They immediately sent someone over and cleaned the carpet so it was back to looking brand new. The entire ordeal, from when the accident happened to when we thanked them on the way out, took less than 90 minutes. You can't ask for a more responsive, friendly and professional service!
