Office staff helpful with arrangements
During an emergency situation on a Friday afternoon. Prompt response
By there employees following Eversource assessment of no electricity from street to house thru underground wires. Be aware as a homeowner you own the wiring.
Homes built prior to 1980 were not
Placed in a conduit but buried lying in the dirt. Homeowners insurance doesn't cover this disaster & Eversource is not responsible . They own the street connection & box
Located on the house but nothing in-between. Glynn electric arrived
Friday afternoon to setup a generator and assess the situation and a full crew arrived on Monday am.
They were efficient and worked in
Conjunction with group trenching from street to house, town inspector & dig
Safe.

Professional, efficient, work and workers beyond compare. Mike Foley, project manager, was great to work with and offered suggestions that made a huge difference. He was hands on throughout the process. There aren't enough superlatives to describe the hard workers who did an incredible job of installing lights. They showed up as promised and worked hard every minute they were here. It was a difficult job but it was handled expertly without complaint. I was always kept.up to date and treated with great respect. They even left the job site cleaner than when they started. Such a high standard of quality and service is rare these days. HIGHLY recommend.

Probably decent electricians, but they might hit someone on the way to your house. One of their vans almost hit my car on the highway and was driving erratically. If you’re going to drive like that at least don’t drive in your company van.

Terrible atmosphere everyone in the office quick to throw you under the bus. No room for growth, but plenty of room for failure. Always anticipate the stock to be incorrect and most importantly smile 😃

Glynn has serviced my generator for 4 years. Most recently July. I called last week and they said they could not help me because I did not have a contract. News to me. No notice!! I said how do I start contract process and the gentleman said you can't glynn is not taking new customers. What? Client for 4 years and I am new. I think you business practices are poor at best. Btw no apology was given. Just received comment from office "we are getting a lot of calls like this". Gòod luck. I would never use your company again
