We had two furnaces installed in our home .Brian came over and was very informative. He was adamant about us not spending more money than we needed to. Unlike the two other companies we had previously here who wanted to sell us the most expensive system. They where here for a couple of days ,did what they said cleaned there mess we couldn't be more happy..thx guys...Jesse and Rob

My AC went out on Saturday, during a holiday weekend. I called to schedule service for Tuesday and Brian actually answered my call. He was here bright and early on Tuesday morning, and in less than an hour (including time to pick up a part), I was up and running. Couldn't be happier with his service. Professional, friendly and timely. He will be my official go-to guy from now on!

Had numerous confirmations about the appointment scheduled for 10 am on April 12th. A NO SHOW after taking time off from work

He never showed up for an appointment even though he had confirm the service call. I made several calls to reschedule but he never returned my call.

Brian wouldn’t answer my calls after the install here is you work after couple years ! This pipe has been leaking since the next day of install I have been calling but Brian did not want to come fix his dirty job and of cours he already got the money

Brian came to the house and said the compressor was bad. He gave me an estimate of $1200-@1500 for a compressor replacement or around $3500 for a new condenser unit. I told him I would talk to my wife and call him back to do just the compressor. I did and called him back that night. I did not hear back from him for about 3 days. When I called him he said he said he could probably fit me in the next day to replace the condenser unit. I told him no, it is just the compressor as we discussed. He argued with me telling me I never said to do just the compressor. He said he had to call his guy and call me back. Another 4 days go by with no call. I called him and he said he didn't forget about me he hadn't heard back and would make a call and call me back. He never called me back I tried him 2 or 3 times with no answer and his voicemail is full.
To top it off I paid him $100.00 for him to spend about 10 minutes, if that, to look at it.
If he was too busy or if he didn't want to do the job because I wasn't buying a whole new condenser from him, he could of just said do. waiting weeks for this guy, no way to do business!

Hired to install ductless heating and AC system. Install was a total disaster. Units never worked, wiring is a mess, Brian had 3 of the drains set up to drain right into my interior walls instead of being run outside! He basically hot wired the system into my electrical panel. There were no fuses or emergency shut offs installed! When confronted with the issues, he claimed he'd fix them but never did. When I asked for my money back, he became very hostile and threatened me with new BS invoices even though I had already paid in full. Do not hire this clown.
