Had a great experience with Urban Heating and AC and would highly recommend them. They installed a Lennox Heating snd A/C system at my home in Marshfield - their pricing beat the competition and they are very responsive to any requests. Ross and his team are very professional and the quality of workmanship was very high. Ross assisted us in receiving the local power company utility rebates in a timely manner which showed that he goes the extra mile to satisfy his customers. Thumbs up on Urban!

I hired the owner Ross as a consultant on my energy efficient home project in Methuen, MA. He helped me design a system that would qualify for the MassSave All Electric Home Incentive. His company was too far away to perform the install but the consultation services were excellent.

Be presented a system that included both ducted and ductless air source heat pumps, kitchen exhaust fan and make up air system, and ERVs all in accordance with the new 2023 MA code as well as the local Methuen Stretch Code.

Ross and his crew are top notch. I did an entire HVAC/AC upgrade as well as a ductless mini split. They did the entire job in under 2 days and came in almost 25% under the closest estimate. I highly recommend using Urban HVAC for all your heating and AC needs. Their trucks are wicked cool too.

Very happy with this company. We called on a 0° day because our gas heating system died. Spoke to Ross the owner who was very sympathetic and assured us he would get someone right out. They came out same day and determined what we needed to get the heat working. The tech went and got The replacement part and had us running in no time. Very impressed with Ross and his team who replaced my on demand system that was 15 years old, and that gave me problems and annoying inconsistent water temperatures. Ross listened and did not try to over sell me a system I did not need. Went from a complicated system with lots of points of failure to a basic burner and holding tank. Our showers stay a constant temperature no more hot and cold cycles. Wasting less water as it comes in hot when washing dishes. My home feels more comfortable with the humidity element added. His team Kevin, Zac and Choy got the job done in one day, left the space clean, and fixed a couple of maintenance things on second HVAC that supports an addition. Just hired these guys to do a complete rip and replace of my 20+ year old furnace and central ac. Super fast turnaround and good communication for the quote and scheduling and major props on being delayed by a nor'easter and re-scheduling and still getting the job done within the same week. Install crew were professional and easy to work with. Cleaned up everything once the job was complete. I ran the new equipment through my wattmetering and showed some noticeable efficiency improvements and less power draw on the new furnace fan and also the new ac compressor. Highly recommended.

Urban Heating and Cooling at 26 Ransom St, Carver, MA, exceeded my expectations. They were incredibly quick and efficient, and their pricing was very reasonable. We had Ross and his guys come and update our heating and cooling system and we couldn’t be more satisfied with our choice. The guys were professional and courteous and great with our nosy dog and kids. As far as the heating system goes it’s a game changer. If you have trouble heating your house with baseboard heat I would highly recommend. Great rebates out there too!

I have used urban heating and AC on more than one occasion. For ducted air source heat pump installation as well as split systems. Ross takes it to a whole new level neat clean installation for the right price. Very happy we chose urban and would definitely hire them again in the future.

Had a Heat Pump/AC installed a four months ago. These guys did a fantastic job. Very professional, fairly priced, and they went the extra mile. I have lived here long enough now that the system has been used for both heating and cooling. Couldn't be happier.

Removed our existing heating system and replaced with a Bosch heat pump and propane furnace. Installed a mini split heat pump in our attic loft. Absolutely great people to work with. All their installers were professional, knowledgeable and clean. Pricing was spot on for the services provided and they handled all the Mass Save paperwork.
