My kitchen faucet spray head had extremely weak flow. I went to Ferguson Plumbing Supply in Quincy to ask about replacement options. Ray was extremely helpful - he even offered to take a quick look at my spray head and used a specialized tool to clean the aerator for me as a kind gesture. Thanks to his help, the faucet is working perfectly again. I appreciate Ray's professionalism and excellent customer service.

Ray and Shane from the Quincy location were absolutely outstanding! From the moment I walked in, they were friendly, approachable, and clearly took pride in their work. As a homeowner, even with significant plumbing and mechanical experience supply houses can sometimes be off-putting, but they made the entire process simple and stress-free.

The f150 that drives from 90 to 291 drives like a jerk

The last thing on their mind is customer service they are too busy on their computers to even approach a customer

I am not happy with this place at all!! I will be contacting the attorney generals office on this business and I will be reporting the owner and his nephew! I give this place a 0 for a rating!

Was referred here for a specific valve by home depot as this is supposed to be a plumbing speciality store. When I asked for help I was told to speak to a different associate who then told me he couldn't help me. Asked if he could refer me elsewhere or if I could jury rig something to which he simply said no.

I have to say this place is worse then home depot never get the right parts when you need it. The stock list you give them or tell them they send out wrong or missing parts or damaged material. Very poor I would go elsewhere so your not loosing on job status people know that plumbing is about. This place has cost me jobs scheduling if this was the winter people were out of heat I would feel sorry.

Before Ferguson bought them out they were called PV Sullivan's and PV's was excellent. The new corporate overlords destroyed this place.
