Gerry and co. completed a full plumbing job for me which was a new kitchen and bathroom in South Boston. The work was completed in an extremely timely fashion. They were always there when they said they'd be, they completed the work the correct way the first time, and kept me in the loop throughout the process.

Called Hegarty Plumbing to repair Navien system. They were very responsive and diagnosed the issue, ordered the part and repaired the system within the week. True professionals that kept my heat and hot water running. I would highly recommend.

I called Hegarty after I noticed a leak from the knob located inside our basement for the spigot outside. The leak was substantial and with our leave for vacation planned for less than 12 hours later, I truly needed a miracle. Well that miracle was Gerry. Answered his emergency line immediately and promptly showed up to my house an hour later. He figured out the problem and fixed it within no time. Unbelievably professional and nice, and truly saved us from an enormous headache! 1000% would use Hegarty for any and all my plumbing needs in the future.

They did an amazing job on our basement renovation and new heat/hot-water system. Everyone who came to the house was professional, respectful and courteous. The workmanship is high quality throughout and they came back quickly to replace a defective valve. We received multiple prices for the renovation and they were the most cost effective and also proved to be consistently on time throughout the process. We highly recommend them.

We have been working with Gerry and his team for many years. He is knowledgeable, fair, and extremely responsive. When we had a problem with a water heater he even came on Christmas Eve. Most recently he installed an AC/Heat Pump. It was fantastic over the heat waves over the summer. He and his team are always kind and polite, taking the time to explain what needs to be done and when it will be done.

I really want to commend the crew from Hegarty Plumbing for their beautiful work in replacing 3 of our 4 water heaters. They arrived at 7:45 a.m. and went right to work dismantling and removing the old water heaters and placing the new heaters. The crew gave thoughtful consideration to the spacing of the new 40-gallon heaters which are shorter but wider than the old 50-gallon tanks, the fit and finish work with the plumbing and wiring is first class! Thank you!

The three men were very pleasant and worked diligently, a lot of heavy lifting in addition to their plumbing/wiring expertise! A BIG THUMBS UP!

I have used Hegarty Plumbing and Heating for over 25 years in 5 or 6 properties- both private residences and rental properties- and many of my family members use them as well. I have never had less than a superlative experience. They are responsive, prompt, skilled, professional, and fairly priced. Their work is of the highest quality and they have done everything from unclogging toilets to repairing old steam radiators to re-engineering hvac systems and installing brand new bathrooms. Cannot possibly recommend them more highly.
