We had our heating system serviced through a great promotion Home Depot was offering. The price was great, the service was quick and efficient, and we were provided with information about future discounts through the program.

Service people were professional and friendly. Work was well done and timely.
When the price for the work was quoted i was told the pricing includes an inspection. Ive contacted the contractor several times. The inspection was never done.

These kitchen cabinet refacing people are really annoying. Every time I'm in there I get approached by a salesman asking if I've "heard about today's promotion." Yes, yes I have. It's the same fn promotion every day and I'm not interested. Quit asking.

I am not satisfied with the installation, as there are significant issues where the carpet is crooked on all three doorways. The workers were very sloppy and did not cover the steps leading up to the bedroom. They also didn't tidy up after themselves and there was lack of communication since neither one spoke English.

I had a carpet installed in one small bedroom. The folks at the store were helpful and knowledgeable, and they measured and cut the carpet well, but what they failed to measure was the height of the doors. Now, with me trying to sell my home, I can’t open or close any of the doors in that room. There seems to be zero accountability or help to rectify this, and now I am stuck scrambling to get this taken care of and having to spend more money to do so. I am thoroughly disappointed with the level of customer service and sense or urgency and I DO NOT recommend Home Depot carpet and installation services.

Home Depot in Reading outsources a company called ACS (American Carpet South) based out of southern New Hampshire for carpet installations. If you purchase a carpet from Home Depot please find your own company to do the installation. ACS has been a complete nightmare to deal with. Their customer service is rude and untrustworthy. Their installers screwed up a job twice and three weeks later it still hasn't been fixed. I've had two different crews work on installation hoping it would be done right. None of them can speak English.

After submitting a claim with Home Depot the first time, I never received a call back and I was forgotten about. Filed a second claim after the installation was done wrong again. Hoping Home Depot can do something about this immediately before I cancel and ask for a full refund.

I would suggest going elsewhere when looking to purchase/install a carpet.

We have marks/spots on our rug. I called the next day after installation. I keep calling but get no response. I also have another rug with a stain and it’s supposed to be stain free. Again no response. I’ve called MULTIPLE times and emailed too.

Communicsyion with some workers was difgicult, somr did not speak english. Workmanship errors were made and project management were not reasonable. Eventually the errors needed to be redone several weeks later.

I would not have Home Depot do work again.
