Great company

we had an Emergency for which the on call technician called us first to accept the WO but then sidelined when we asked him to confirm his rates . the technicians can not even tell you their after hours hourly rates or trip charges or anything. He kept sayig to call his Boss, the boss was unreachable , he then agreed to run the job but call us from the site to let us know the costs, then after an hour at 12am he declined it! For such a big company we would expect better service and organization of work and information

If this company works as its drivers drive, this is disgusting. Driver plate E77 in Charlestown 09-21-2025.

I guess the owner of this company can't see what his drivers do.

Assuming they’re prompt based on the reckless driving I just witnessed in South Boston. Driver nearly missed 2 pedestrians, one walking dogs. If this is any indication as to the quality of their work, maybe hire someone else
