I called with a refrigerator emergency at 4:45pm. By 5:30, a repairman had arrived, the problem had been diagnosed, fixed, and the very reasonable bill had been paid. It doesn't get any better than that!

Called with a Problem. Icemaker not working. Talked with Bill Very Professional it was at the end of the Day. . took my address and was at my Home in 20 minutes he checked for water flow. Voltage and Valves. He then took the icemaker apart. Found the problem and fixed it. VERY Professional. .Knows what he is doing. I would Highly Recomend Him.

He had mine for less than a week, called me and told me it was ready for pick up. He said the problem was so small that it was free of charge. These people were a true help, never going to anyone else!!

We called them because our fridge was not frezzing properly so he came look at our fridge and unfortunately the repair would have cost more than buying a new one. He was very honest about it and didn’t even want to charge me I thought that shows ethic and I will definately call them again if I need to.

I called at 4:30 on Friday, my dryer was not working. An hour later they were at my house, diagnosed the problem. Had to order the part, was back on Saturday to fix the dryer. Very happy with their service. Price was reasonable. Definitely recommend them.

Walter has been keeping mine and my dad's equipment running for many years. He is one of the best repairman around very honest and always on time. I would not hesitate to recommend him to anyone.

I am generally not a review writer, I actually created this Google account today specifically to write this review. I called this company at 8:45 this morning, someone was at my house by 9:50am, & the issue with my dryer resolved by 10:30am. I was truly impressed with the professionalism, efficiency, & courteousness of the staff. I would absolutely recommend this company, & am so grateful for their prompt resolution to my broken dryer! First Call is the best! I felt like I was calling family to come over and check my washer! From MaryBeth in the office to Bill for service, I can't say enough about the personalized attention to my needs! I would recommend First Call with the highest regard- to anyone who would listen! This company is honest, reliable, and just the way that a family run business should be! Amazing!

I have used this service many times with excellent results. This time my dishwasher drive motor was making a terrible noise. They came out, diagnosed the problem and ordered part. Unfortunately the replacement part had a defect causing a leak. A new part was promptly ordered and installed properly with my dishwasher functioning quietly and as it should. I am happy to have a nearly new unit for a fraction of the cost of a new one.

Excellent customer service!
I had an issue with our GE dishwasher not draining and the subzero refrigerator ice maker not working.
I called 1st call and was very pleased with the schedule, workmanship and cost in resolving these issues.
I will definitely utilize 1st Call for any future appliance issues.

This was my first experience with 1st Call Appliance but it certainly will not be my last! From the professional and friendly receptionist to the prompt and knowledgeable service technician, Jake, I could not be more pleased! I called on Monday morning and Jake came out Monday afternoon! He diagnosed the problem as a faulty baking element and said he would order the part. I was amazed to get a call the following day that the part was in an Jake would be over at 3pm! He arrived right on time and had my oven up and running perfectly in no time! I highly recommend 1st Call and in the future when I have a problem with any appliance, my first call will be to 1st Call!

I called and received pleasant customer service. All questions answered and charges stated upfront. Field service tech came over on time and professional. I think he was the owner. He listened as I explained the issue and went to work. I had a water leak coming from my ice cube maker kitchenaid side by side fridge. Although it turned out to be a minor blockage issue. The problem was resolved fast and price was fair. Will do business again if needed. Thanks.

I've used 1sr Call for almost as long as they've been in business and although they've grown I'm happy to say they still give the same great service they always did. They've fixed my freezer, washing machine, dishwasher, etc over the years and they are always responsive and seemingly able to diagnose and fix any problem promptly. They always seem to be able to find parts, even for some of my old appliances. Great service and reasonable prices. Wonderful people to deal with from start to finish.
