On the hottest day of the year my Nest thermostat and central air stopped working. I found Mike via an online search and was able to connect with him right away. He came to my house that day (Saturday) and fixed the issue. Mike is very responsive and a pleasure to do business with. Highly recommend and will definitely reach out to him in the future.

We had a fantastic experience! Mike was so responsive, prompt and professional. He put up four island pendants and a large delicate chandelier and they all look amazing. On top of being a highly skilled electrician, he’s also a really nice, personable guy and his rates are very reasonable. We will definitely be asking for his help with future projects!

Mike has done work at my house on two occasions over the past year. He came highly recommended from my brother who is a plumbing contractor on the south shore and has access to several electricians.
His work was competitively priced, high quality and completed quickly. We look forward to working with him in the future at our new home.

Mike helped us out in a pinch when our thermostat quit on us a few days ago just prior to the big snow storm. He came highly recommended to us and now we’re highly recommending him to others. Mike and Dana were extremely knowledgeable, professional, quick, and responsive. Installed brand new nest thermostats to replace our broken and old Honeywell’s. It was a very nice experience to work with Mike we didn’t know if our problem could be dangerous if it wasn’t fixed right away so we had to text Mike on a Sunday night (First time customer) I really was not expecting an answer right away, but he did text me back really quick gave us some advise about what to do in that moment to be safe and offer to stop by next day to check it personally and give us a free estimate. Once he stopped by he was super nice and honest about the issue and how to resolve it. We are very happy and thankful with Mike because even though it ended up being something that it did not need immediate fix when I told him I could not feel safe anyway until it was resolve he did an effort and make a space on his agenda to fix it next day. Thanks again Mike for your help we really appreciate your business and you have definitely gain a new customer.

Mike has done work several times at my house, most recently for a basement project that included a laundry room and half bathroom renovation as well as the installation of sconce lighting in multiple rooms. He's always punctual and friendly, responsive when I have questions, and does great work. Highly recommend!

A mere 45 min after I sent an email request for assistance, Mike was at my home. This remarkable man was prompt, efficient and over the top accomodating. He is personable and takes great pride in the services he offers. I highly recommend him. I have saved his contact info and know exactly who I’ll call in the future when the need arises!

Mike was responsive from the start. He answered my email inquiry within a day. We communicated by email about the work needed and then he made an appointment to come out. Not only did he show up when he said he would, he also let me know when he was on his way. He was more than capable of doing the work we needed, was personable, and professional. After seeing his name on a local FB post yesterday, I was hesitant to reach out. Our local board is filled with recommendations of people who are either related to the contractor or good friends. However, within a short time of contacting Mike he responded which is the first hurdle I have with contractors. Getting them to respond.

Mike replied that he’d be “happy” to help me out and would tomorrow be okay? Second hurdle cleared; a positive response and a timely appointment.

I told him that would be great and gave him a brief description of my problem - a bad circuit breaker. Mike asked if I’d take a picture of it so he could make sure he had one when he came! What? Executive functions too! I was thinking I may have found the ONE.

To wrap this up, he came today and gave me notice of when, fixed the breaker, then checked the inside circuits and finished in 15 minute or less. He and his coworker were pleasant and professional. I would definitely be saving his name for future electrical jobs I might have.

Paul and I could not be happier with the beginning to end experience with Mike and his coworker. They were communicative about when they could arrive and with regards to the work needed. Mike went over a few options with me and install the multiple fixtures exactly as I had hoped and very quickly.

I recently hired Mike Ward Jr. to replace two large chandeliers and I couldn't be happier with the results. Mike and his colleague were respectful of my home (and my dog!) and offered valuable suggestions. I was referred to Mike to repair downed wires at my parent’s home following the recent storm. We were playing phone tag with national grid for a few days before realizing we needed an electrician before they could restore power for us. We were frustrated but Mike came out the same day I called him and tried to fix the issue on a Sunday (which we appreciated) and went above and beyond the following day to complete the job, staying communicative and was an overall pleasure to work with! Mike even coordinated on our behalf with national grid and thanks to him, my parents should have power back in no time. Great experience with Mike! I needed a full panel replacement in time for holiday guests and Mike and his team were prompt, responsive, and got the work done fast. The team clearly explained the work, the costs, and cleaned up the work area leaving everything neat and tidy. I am grateful everything is in working order and would highly recommend.
