Mike was polite, reviewed my Hot Water tank situation carefully and presented 2 options for direct replacement. Additionally he offered an opportunity to subscribe to a service maintenance plan that would reduce installation cost. I am considering Maffei sudden service for this project and would call on them again when my furnace needs replacement.

The team (esp. Joe and Seth) at Maffei was great. I had a gas leak and they came promptly to quote it. I got a reasonable quote and they did the work very professionally. I would highly recommend them, and plan on using them again.

Jack and Zach were professional, knowledgeable and customer service was excellent. I will have them back for regular service on my HVAC and also my heating system. I’m thankful when I called they fit me in the best they could and she was very accommodating and their customer service was excellent.

Ryan was polite and great with my dog. He quickly drained my sink. He then replaced a spigot and ran a waterline to my fridge. He explained everything he was doing and showed me where everything was and is now. I am excited to be a member of a friendly and competent company.

Jack from Maffei Services did a great job fixing my HVAC unit. He quickly identified the issue and did the necessary repair promptly. He was very professional and I felt I was treated fairly. I highly recommend them.

Maffei always responds to my requests quickly. I was having issues with my thermostat. The day after I called, they scheduled Billy to come and check it out. He was very professional ... listening, testing, and determining I needed a new thermostat. He installed and set it up. I am very happy with this service.

Got a new toilet and sink installed, only took a day for Maffei to get everything, install it and remove the old installations. The technician, Ryan, was great, and left everything meticulously clean.

He was very knowledgeable gave me some suggestions. Also, explained maintenance program which is awesome. They cleaned the blower and I'm very pleased.
It was filthy. HE SHOWED ME WHERE THE FILTER WAS SOMETHING HAFFNERS DIDN'T DO and i had no idea how often and the importqance of keeping the filters cleaned. Suggested what other filter I could by buy cost effective.
It was worth the money. I appreciate the hard work for both Ivan and his assistant and/or apprentice.

Maffei service was professional and timely. Very upfront about service and pricing. Polite and respectful. They understood I had to be working while they were in my home.

I tried multiple times over a few days to fix the issue in my kitchen and I just couldn’t get it. I called for a quote and Maffei had Ryan here the next morning. The receptionist listened and called with timing updates. Ryan worked quickly, replaced the plumbing with exceptional neatness leaving me with more functional space under the sink than before.

Do I wish I could have successfully avoided the situation and completed it myself? Absolutely. Am I a plumber? Absolutely not. You get what you pay for with a last minute service and my experience with Maffei was great. Thanks!

What started out as a fairly routine hot water tank replacement ended up getting complicated, requiring two different visits by two different techs in two days. These guys were fantastic!! And it all took place over Labor Day weekend…. I am grateful for their patience, professionalism and attention to detail. MAffei is definitely on my “go-to” list!!
