They not only did it in a reasonable timeframe, they were dependable and the work they did was professional. Work was completed very professionally and to budget. Crews were exceptionally courteous and kept the site tidy. If there was anything we would recommend they improve it's to standardize regular customer updates and status touch points.

Patrick Osgood & Sons Construction did some outside carpentry on my house as well as painted it. They did a great job. I continue to get compliments on the work as well as the color - which they also helped me choose. I will use them again.

We had Osgood Construction install a new bulkhead. They were courteous, prompt, responsive and helpful even after we made revisions to the scope of the work. They were able to save and fix our door from the basement to the bulkhead which is almost 100 years old. Would highly recommend!

Patrick Osgood is very knowledgeable in planning and executing renovations, including renovations and cosmetics like painting. His employees and specialized trades subcontractors were all skilled, and their work reflects that. While any work involving what they did would involve some incovenience, they kept it to a minimum and were pleasant to deal with.

Patrick came through for me when a part of my third floor roof detached during a storm. His crew was great about photographing and communicating their findings once they were up on the roof and the extent of the problems became clear. Patrick and I subsequently discussed other home improvement projects I have in mind and I feel confident I can rely on Patrick’s team to do quality work when I’m ready to move forward with my next project.

The Osgood team completed multiple projects (full paint + stone walkways + new construction) at our house during the height of the pandemic when supply chains were a struggle and protocols were difficult. They did excellent work at a very competitive price. We plan on using them again in the near future.

I had Patrick renovate our front porch which was in desperate need of repair. We ended up tearing it down due to structural issues and he rebuilt it exactly as I had envisioned and added a few touches that really made it stand out. We had Osgood & Sons do some work at our home this past summer of 2023. We replaced three gutters, rotting facia boards, down spouts and a birds nest living in our eve. They guys on the job were amazing. They showed up when the said they would and left the property clean and organized if they were coming back. The best part was that they handled the birds nest with care and made sure the nest was empty before removing it.
We are planning on painting with Osgoods & Sons again for Spring 2024.

We have had Osgood work on several different projects for us, from exterior painting of two properties, interior painting and renovations. Osgood removed our existing back stairs and constructed a ramp to make our home wheelchair accessible. The guys were very courteous, and accomplished a ton of work in a very short time. We are very happy with the ramp, and additionally with the garage roof that they replaced for us.

I highly recommend Patrick Osgood. He was very communicative and spent time reviewing ideas and plans with us. His company was able to handle all facets of the construction plans. However, ultimately we are waiting to go through with the project.

Patrick Osgood and Sons have done considerable work for us over the years. We live in an old historic home, beautiful, but with peculiarities and unique vulnerabilities. Patrick has been enormously helpful in advising us on all matters of upkeep and restoration, including brickwork, and extensive painting inside and out. What’s more, his polite and knowledgeable crew does excellent work in a timely fashion.
