My first interaction with them was when i phoned and spoke to Damian about problems with my air ducts and vents, and getting a quote to clean the exterior of my mobile home. Damian was polite and well-informed, detailing what each service involved. He told me he'd send an email to confirm the initial appointment for the duct cleaning and another for the exterior cleaning. In his email and phone conversation, he mentioned that the technician's name, Brad, and his photo would be included, as he would be the one actually performing each service. Even though my first appointment wasn't supposed to be until later, Damian said if he could fit it into the schedule sooner, he would. And sure enough, he did! Today, i got a call from Brad saying he was on his way and would be at my house in no time, and he was right! Brad arrived and i have to say, he was the ultimate professional; knowledgeable, polite, honest, and he explained in detail about both services. He specifically talked about the exterior cleaning which i thought would require power washing, but their 'soft wash technique' was the better option. Brad also mentioned he would inspect my roof and since it's only about 1-2 years old, he said it didn't need cleaning this time. Being new to Salem, i had no idea that homes here needed to be cleaned due to dirt and algae growth. So, my appointment for the soft wash on the house is all set. I'll write more after that appointment, which i'm certain will go as smoothly as today's!
