I first called and left a message. The owner of the company got back to me very promptly. When he came to the house, he explained that I needed a new water heater. He went over the process of replacing the water heater and broke down all of the costs. When he finished the job, he cleaned the area thoroughly. He was very professional and reliable. I highly recommend this company.

Eric from Monkey Wrench responded right away with my Water Heater issue. He noticed my circulator pump was running very hot and needed to be replaced. After changing the circulator pump I had hot water back in my house immediately. Eric also thoroughly looked into my boiler and hot water system to make sure I wouldn’t have any future issues. Eric was very informative and professional, will be calling Monkey Wrench again for future work.
