We could not be happier with the work that Child’s Arborists have done on our property. They have an excellent crew, pay attention to detail and are very knowledgeable.

We have worked with Pete and his team for several years now and are appreciative of his professionalism, and timely support whether it is for routine maintenance or a more emergency response. And Pete is just a very professional gracious individual

We had to remove a huge white pine tree that was dropping very large branches. Childs Arborists did it safely and with minimal mess. Peter inspected our trees and expertly pointed out any that were split or otherwise compromised and safely removed them. Great job!

I have been utilizing the services of Childs Arborists for over 20 years. Peter Childs and his crew have a fabulous reputation and do an incredible job with all aspects of tree and plant care. Keep it local and support this family owned business.

Pete Childs and his team do exceptional work. They've done lots of work removing and trimming trees in our yard. And we're also part of their ongoing treatment service. Highly recommend. Professional, responsive, quality work.

I would highly recommend Childs Arborist without hesitation. After a consultation with Pete who really listened to my end goal, the crew removed six tall pines and fifteen mature oak trees. The workmen were professional and courteous. They arrived on time, were mindful of surrounding plants and shrubs and did a great job cleaning up all the debris. Pete was also able to give me suggestions on what trees to plant that would do well in this area. My neighbor uses Childs Arborists and I am so happy that I decide to use them as well.

Pete Childs and his team do a wonderful job taking care of all aspects of our tree and plant care: pruning, fertilization, and pest management. Pete is very responsive, friendly and professional with special knowledge and expertise of native trees and plants in the Cape Cod area.

Childs Arborists have kept our trees in great shape for over two decades now! Pete and his team are always courteous, professional, and incredibly knowledgeable about all manner of tree issues. In addition to normal tree maintenance, this past winter they helped us when an absolutely massive tree fell in a very difficult to access area. They were able to find a way to remove thousands of pounds of tree, a project that looked truly impossible at first. Thank you Pete!

Pete Childs and the Childs Arborists crew are hard-working, friendly, polite, and capable of handling just about anything related to trees and shrubs. They have safely and efficiently taken down multiple large trees and branches on our property, always clean up the remains of the work, and will either haul away the wood or leave you with mountains of beneficial wood chips. I highly recommend this small business.

Pete Childs and his team have been taking care of my trees for several years and they do a wonderful job. I had many young trees that needed special care, as I live near Cape Cod Bay and am buffeted by awful West and Northeast winds in the winter. They’ve managed to see that my trees have not only survived, but thrived. The pruning team is terrific too. I wholeheartedly recommend them. Friendly responsive and knowledgeable people.

Pete Childs and crew have been caring for our trees for over ten years, including Integrated Pest Management, tree and shrub fertilization, spraying our property perimeter for ticks, and major tree pruning and removal. They have always been very professional and responsive, and do a great job. Part of our property is in a conservation area and Pete is also knowledgable about the conservation regulations, and familiar with the conservation agents. Highly recommend!
