I was extremely pleased not only were they nice but they also offered a shower donuts for breakfast and coffee they had a lounge it was the nicest Thermo king I’ve ever been to their service was extremely good they went out of their way to make sure this driver was super happy and I am would recommend this place to anyone

A huge thanks to Cliff and crew for an AC repair that no one else could handle. The communication process throughout was excellent and the work was top notch. Double thumbs up to the Thermoking staff in Saugus from Princess Limousine.

I recently have had outside carriers back into two different ThermoKing units causing thousands of dollars in damage and down time. Clifton Bowers and his crew in Saugus did an unbelievable job of diagnosing, orders parts and repairing the units in less than a week for both units. Great job guys!

Thorough, fairly priced

Only 3 only because they forgot to latch doors back on unit..... Yet I was in a rush so I just hooked and left. Got ALLLLLLLLLLL the way to Alabama dropped trailer and boom doors are off unit.... 😂 Other that quick service even though it was an overnight waiting.... Tight drop yard.... Haven't had issues with repair

Service was fast, but boy, this place is expensive. It's the most expensive place I ve ever visited. About $500 for an oil change in my reefer unit. This should be illegal. I should have read the reviews before going there. This place should be used only for emergency

My experience was not good, I took my truck 2 months ago to make a PM of my APU term king, it was done but it didn't work, they said I had to make a diagnosis to see what was happening to me, they said it would be an RPM sensor, and that in two to three weeks the sensor would arrive. I left the whole service paid 940 dollars, a month passed and a week I went back there they said it hadn't arrived yet! I went back to work sleeping in the heat, it was then that passing through the state of Florida I decided to buy the sensor, after arriving in Saugus-MA at Thermo king on Monday morning, I talked to him and he told me that if I couldn't do it on Monday, I would do the service on Tuesday, but on Tuesday at 4 pm I went there to pick up the truck since no one had called me and I got there to my surprise I hadn't done anything, they told me that maybe tomorrow I'll be able to look, I just asked for the key and left I lost my money that I paid and I'll never come back there! It's unfortunate that this comes out very sad with this situation, I think we should all be the same and regardless of anything people keep their word, 😔😔😔😔😔😔 unfortunate!!!! I waited more than two months, I paid for the work and they didn't solve it!!!!!
