Vasi is excellent. He fixed an ice maker in our home. He came the next morning, diagnosed the problem in 20 minutes, ordered a new part and installed it. He is an extremely friendly and knowledgable. He explained everything and even improved some of the plumbing work related to the ice maker. I can't recommend him enough.

I've depended on Vasi for maintenance and repair of the Heating and air conditioning in my condo for years. He is the poster boy for what a repair/maintenance professional should be. His business is based in Saugus, but I get prompt, expert service in my downtown Boston condo, whether my problem is minor or a major catastrophe. An impeccable workman and a very nice guy. I couldn't ask for more,

Vasi installed a mini-split AC system for our home. Razvan led the project from proposal to install and I couldn't be happier with the job he and his team did. They were exceedingly professional, from laying down drop cloths to protect our wood floor, to carefully leveling each unit inside and out. Razvan's attention to detail was a major asset. The team's work was impeccable all around. Can't go wrong with Vasi HVAC.

After a few days of relying on the cooler temps, I needed to turn on the central a/c again. Unfortunately, I had no cold air blowing!! I also heard the compressor outside cutting in and out. YIKES!!! Here it was a late Friday afternoon with no a/c. I tried calling my oil delivery service, they were closed already. I tried calling a referral, I got their voicemail.

I googled for local A/C and came across Vasi Refrigeration and read some good reviews. He answered when I called and asked that I text him my address. He texted me his rates, plus whatever material costs. Seeing how I didn't have much choice at this hour, I asked him to stop by. He got to my home sometime after 6:00pm. He discovered a burned out connection, replaced it, sprayed the outside coils of my A/C unit, washed it down, tested the freon, and was on his way in about 1 hour.

I would absolutely recommend calling them in a pinch and certainly for routine maintenance. He was prompt, professional, and I wouldn't hesitate to call and recommend him to friends. Thanks for saving the day after hours!!

VASI is a rare breed amongst the rest. I've been exclusively using Vasi for the past 5 years and he continues to impress me. He is honest, on-time, fair and always available. I once called him regarding an issue while he was on vacation, unbeknownst to me, and yet he still took the time to help me troubleshoot my issue over the phone "make sure you call me back and let me know how you make out". <- I defy you to find better customer service at a "big name" company.
