Amazing service and experience with Anderson. They demonstrated a high level of professionalism and integrity. You know you're working with an experienced company when they carry themselves that way, highly recommend them.

As a long time customer of Anderson Fuel they are really an excellent fuel and HVAC company. They are always there for their customers when you need it the most in tough winters etc. I had a very tough zone system in my home that nobody could figure out until I had them take a look and Geoff was able to assess it and get it exactly the way it should be working. I highly suggest them for your home fuel and HVAC needs take it from me who had tried other fuel companies in the past.

Always friendly and professional. We had our furnace give a loud bang and stop working yesterday at 9:30 AM, when it was well below freezing. We’ve got the annual service package, called, they were at the house shortly after 10, quickly identified the issue, had the part on hand, and had us back up and running, at no cost, less than an hour after we called them.

Geoff and the entire Anderson team were great to work with when my boiler needed to be replaced. They we quick, responsive and accommodating which is why I’ve been with them for 17 years.

On the eve of July 4, 2016, my hot water heater was making a clicking sound and stopped working. Since it was after hours and a holiday, their business phone wasn't answering. So, I shut off the emergency switch and contacted Anderson fuel via email.

A couple of hours later, I got a phone call from an Anderson employee! He offered to send a technician out that night to check on things for me and to fill the oil tank if necessary. I declined since it was not an emergency, and it was 4th of July, but what service!

I've been a customer for 12 years. I can't say enough good things about this company. They are respectful, accommodating, and very efficient. I've never waited more than an hour or so for a technician when my equipment has failed, even in ice and snow.
Anderson Fuel operates with all the services of a large company, but has the service commitment of a small, attentive one.

We've been using Anderson Fuel for many years and they have always provided excellent service. They are always there when you need them particularly in emergency situations. When I have called for an early oil delivery they don't question my request and deliver oil the next day. Their staff is very courteous, knowledgeable and professional.

Over the years in addition to delivering oil, they have replaced my boiler and hot water tank. I have been satisfied with evrything that they have done. I definitely recommend them.

Mark and Geoff just finished a heat pump project at my home. They were knowledgeable and professional. They worked quickly and kept the workspace clean.
After the job was done, they took time to go over maintenance and use instructions until my wife and I were comfortable with the controls.
They also managed all of the incentive paperwork to ensure we got as much money back as possible. I would recommend them to anyone and would work with them again in a heartbeat.

I wish I could give Anderson Fuel more stars! We used them for at our home in Hingham for 10 years and loved never having to schedule a delivery. All of the technicians doing annual service were friendly and competent. One year we lost our hot water on Christmas Eve with a full house and they were at our house to fix it within 2 hours! We moved to Cohasset and had the boiler fail and the oil tank leak both within the first 60 days - Anderson was so responsive resolving both issues. Choose Anderson, you won’t regret it!

I had an excellent, professional experience with Geoff Anderson installing new heat pumps and removal of the old furnace. I highly recommend him. Everything was done on schedule and on budget and with clear and consistent communication.

A couple of weeks ago we were scheduled for our annual burner service and tune up. Anderson sent a polite younger technician to do his thing. When the fellow was done, he said we were good to go for the coming winter. An hour or so later, there was a loud POP and my basement was full of steam. I was unhappy to say the least. Anderson was back here within minutes. It took two technicians a day and a half and I don't know how many parts to repair my burner. The moral of the story was that Anderson took ownership of the problem and addressed it with speed, precision, and courtesy. If you are looking for a local oil company that backs up their word, then Anderson is your next oil company.

Exceptional service from start to finish! Our recent boiler installation exceeded all expectations. From the initial consultation to the final touches, the team prioritized our needs, especially considering we had triplets on the way. Their understanding and attention to our situation made the entire process smooth and stress-free. The technicians were not only professional and knowledgeable but also went above and beyond to ensure our comfort and safety during the installation. Not only is our new boiler highly efficient, but the installation process was seamless, causing minimal disruption to our daily routine. They were courteous and respectful of our home, leaving it cleaner than they found it. My Carrier, Unico Central air conditioning system had stopped working, and with a house load of family and grandkids, Anderson Fuel was terrific to send two technicians within a few hours and repair the unit. I can’t thank them enough for the professionalism and the concern they showed for our situation, and the great work that they did. As a retired architect with 45 years in the business, I give them my highest recommendation.

Our first encounter with Anderson Fuel was a day after we closed on our new house and we had no hot water or heat. We called Anderson Fuel at 9 pm on a Friday night after finding their contact info on a sticker on our boiler. They showed up within 15 minutes and got us up and running(the house has been empty for a few months so there was a shutdown safety feature in effect due to the tank being emptied). So, we became customers at that time. They set us up for a cleaning and service. Then, Geoff inquired if we wanted to update our oil heating system, which had been on our mind. He presented several options, and then gave us honest feedback and opinions. We went with a ducted system for our main floor with 2 compressors, which included both heat and AC. Geoff helped us get the Mass Save Loan, which was quite the process. At one point, I feel like either my husband or I was texting Geoff daily but he always got back to us and helped us with the technical information the Mass Save Loan needed. They installed over the course of 7-10 days in April and they came on time and always left the house clean. We have definitely been enjoying our new AC this hot summer!

Anderson Fuel is a fantastic company! We depend on them every year to provide service and oil to heat our home, but they are a full service HVAC company. Here in New England, without heat in the winter, it's game over. Anderson's team is knowledgeable and professional and we trust them. Thank you Anderson for being there every season and the great work your entire team does!

Called for fuel oil on thursday and they were slammed due to the impending 2 foot snow storm. Figured i would get it the next week. They went above and beyond and delivered fuel oil on a sunday outside of normal business hours at the beginning a 2 foot snow storm.

We’ve had a contract with Anderson for a few years now. Their service has always been top notch, but today we really appreciated their quick response. The wind chill here on the Bay in Hull, must be pretty close to zero. We lost our heating system and put a call in for service. They were here in under 30 minutes and repaired the pipe in no time. We thank you so much for everything you do for you customers, especially when it’s very cold.

We have been customers for more than 15 years. Anderson Fuel has been very reliable with fuel delivery and highly responsive with any issues that have come up over the years. We recently had Anderson Fuel replace our boiler and had a great experience.

Geoff was responsive and came out quick to give us a competitive quote for the work and followed up to see if we had any questions. Mike and Jeff did a great job removing the old boiler and installing the new one. They were both very helpful in explaining the work they were performing and answered our questions. You could tell they take a lot of pride in their work and the results really showed. The installation looks great and we now have reliable heat and hot water:-)
