David and Matthew did an excellent job. I was impressed by both their skill and customer service. They explained to me what each step would look like and went above and beyond to make sure a complicated job got done in an fast and efficient manner. Our new system looks great and I would highly recommend Lawrence Air Systems and especially David and Matthew again for future projects.

Lawrence Air came and installed 3 mini splits and finished in just a day and a half. They were very polite, and quick to answer questions, and show us how to use the systems. Their quote came in right on target too

Steven was polite and extremely helpful to explain what he found when he arrived and examined the AC system! Since I appreciate the technical aspects he spoke at the level of technicality I wanted, which helped me understand the situation best.

Naturally he has the expertise and experience to deal with the situation but in addition he was polite, prompt (with Lawrence Air texting that he was on his way along with Steven calling ahead) and had an awesome personality that made the conversation easy.

Had our annual AC maintenance done today. Harvey the technician is fantastic. He is very knowledgeable, professional and courteous. He identified a problem and recommended various options with no sales pressure. Highly recommended Lawrence Air Systems Inc for your home heating/cooling needs.

Ray Martin- who did the Manual J and immediately shared the results with me. btw, I had other Mitsubishi dealers come out, and they either did not do the manual-J or if they did, never mentioned or offered it to me;
David Briganti- who did an awesome inspection of our needs prior to George and Arlindo showing up to do the work. David was extremely accurate, precise, and timely in his assessment of our needs and the preinstall inspection;
Christine Glazier- Scheduler extraordinaire!! Always pleasant on the phone and helpful. I feel that she is the glue that coordinates and communicates with all of the other players in our installation process. She always made me feel that I was the most important customer whenever I called in regarding some aspect of our project, and she always responded with an answer to address my question(s) very quickly, even when a callback was required;
George Langevin and Arlindo Marcelino...Well what can I say? I put them both together because they worked together so well that it made the project installation so smooth and seamless. It was almost as if they were reading each other's minds as they did their respective jobs; always pleasant, considerate, and working within the confines of our condo association rules to satisfy everyone. Always brainstorming to accomplish their tasks.
Actually, together all employees that we dealt with either in person or on the phone at Lawrence Air Systems Inc. worked together like a well oiled machine with no hiccups. We could not be more pleased with the end result.
Our project was the conversion of a 38 year old R-22 system to a current and more efficient Mitsubishi unit that entailed a new line set being run from the third floor to the roof above the fifth floor, without the line set showing on the exterior or interior. The picture is our new condenser after mounting on the roof.
I researched many Mitsubishi dealers for several months before selecting Lawrence Air Systems Inc. They were honest and completely transparent in all of our dealings with them, and we look forward to many trouble free years of service from their installation.

Harvey was excellent; professional and thorough. Communication was great from the first call, to the texts and emails confirming the appointment and to let me know the technician was on his way. My tech also arrived promptly within the 2 hour service window they provided me. Would recommend.

Ray, George and the entire team were professional, knowledgeable and extremely patient when dealing with an HVAC replacement. I would give them 10 stars if I could. They all went above and beyond when it came to service. Thank you Ray and team for being amazing!

Very pleased with Lawrence Air and our tech Nick. Nick came out to diagnose the problems (there were quite a few), explained them clearly, made some calls for necessary parts and assured me that he could get me up and running. A week later parts were in and Nick returned to finish the job. Every step of the process was outstanding; from communication with the folks in the office right to completion. Nick was knowledgeable and pleasant, on-time, and left no mess in his wake. I would recommend this company 100%.

Ray Martin from Lawrence air systems came to evaluate our present HVAC for replacement . Two hours later after exhaustive measurements and evaluation he was done, Within 48 received the most comprehensive read out of our present situation. Extremely impressive and complete Always polite and prompt. Highly recommend if you want to have confidence in a job well done

I highly recommend Lawrence. We used them for two projects in the past 6 months - first to install mini splits and then to replace our boiler. For the mini splits, we got several quotes from different companies, and Lawrence was in the middle, but with a great financing option and a team that was willing to talk through our questions and concerns before we decided to proceed. We worked with Ray to get a quote for both projects and he was candid, patient, and happy to come back and talk through any questions we had. The teams that came and did the work were impressive and professional. The same folks came every day, were respectful of our home, and were diligent to ensure the project was done correctly. We had an issue a few days after they left and they came back and fixed it quickly. Finally, Christine in the office was so helpful at supporting us with rebate application, etc. We had such a good experience with the mini splits that I knew who to call for the boiler and didn't even bother to get other quotes. The team (Matt and BMac) finished our boiler today and left everything clean and tidy, with all our questions answered. You can't go wrong with Lawrence!

Great service from start to finish! Ray was very helpful in helping us think of different solutions to our A/C issues. The installation guys, including George and Ben, were true pros and friendly and considerate as well. Communications with the office are excellent. I'm very happy we went with Lawrence!
