Walked in told Jhon I had a leak on a pump he asked for the brand I said Hayward flow master. He then replied with the part number from his head. Wow. Is always nice when u find someone that knows what he is doing

The owner seems very knowledgeable and helpful. He listened and answered all my questions his hours are tough but I was able to get there before he closed. Parking was easy. I bought chlorine but he had everything I would be looking for. I know he does repairs also. My new pool place.

Highly recommend Lucky Duck Pools. Replaced liner, moved filter and output. Awesome job. There were delays, however due to COVID and the snow in Texas. Supplies were backed up. John stuck to his original quote. Much appreciated.

Justin and the team worked hard to get my pool at my newly acquired home ready for the summer. It had been neglected for years and was a dark brown color. Additionally 2 feet of debris lay hiding beneath the surface of the water. And the pool was not properly winterized. They assisted in clearing that debris and using the least amount of chemical as possible worked at getting the water clear and removing stains from sidewalls. They took apart my pump and lubed it up and checked for peak performance. I would strongly advise calling them if you are seeking professional assistance with your pool. They do excellent work and are really trustworthy.

Everything I did to clear the water in my pool failed. We brought a sample of the water to Lucky Duck and they told us exactly what was wrong and sold us a low cost solution along with specific instructions. We followed their instructions and the next day-boom! perfect water! Great service, products and know how! Thank you!
