Richard and his wife were super responsive, fixed our pipe leaking problem the next day we called and offered advice on other concern areas. Would definitely recommend to anyone and will be using then again for sure :)

We discovered a leak in the basement and gave Cisco Plumbing a call late Sunday evening; Richard thoroughly checked for all possible sources of the leak and discovered a tiny gap in some old silicone caulk lining the bathtub as the source. We've used Cisco Plumbing multiple times and Richard is always quick and fairly priced; we'll definitely continue to use Cisco in the future.

Called Richard for an emergency plumbing repair as water was flowing through our ceiling from the shower above. He came that day, identified the issue in minutes and fixed it within an hour. Amazing work and super nice guy. We will definitely be using him again for other plumbing work in our house.

I looked online for a plumbing company to correct a job by another company that was incorrectly done. Cisco came and fixed the problem. Cisco was very professional and reasonable. Now every time I have a plumbing need I call Cisco Plumbing. The service is prompt and the attention to detail is like no other service provider I have seen. I called again for the diagnosis of a sink and shower issue. The problem was fixed without delay.

I was absolutely blown away today by Richard. I’ve owned my home for 15 years and have never ever experienced ANY person working in the “Trades” respond so quickly. I explained to him that I take care of an elderly woman in Dover with dementia and she is not very mobile, and that toilet was imperative to have for this evening. He fit us in at 4 o’clock in the afternoon. He was polite, kind, informative and I never once felt like I was being taken advantage of. Matter of fact he looked at 2 other old toilets in the house and could have pushed us to replace them but did not. I am now scheduling with him for my house in June. He’s booked out so get on board before he’s to busy.

I couldn’t be happier with the work Cisco Plumbing did at my home. Richard removed an old water softener and installed a new one, along with a reverse osmosis water filter. He works clean, shows up when promised or lets you know if he’s running late. I plan to call Cisco Plumbing for future needs.

We have used Richard twice now. Both instances were fairly urgent, but neither a true emergency, and he (and his friendly wife Haley who answers the phone) were friendly, attentive, and quick to respond to help resolve our water issues in a timely fashion. I will call them everytime I have a plumbing need!

Richard was extremely professional replacing my water heater. He was able to problem solve several issues and ensure that everything complied with my condo requirements. He spent a great amount of time with this, explained everything thoroughly and cleaned up everything spotlessly prior to leaving. I am so appreciative and will definitely use them in the future! Richard fixed a shower that had lost most of its water pressure, a leaky faucet, and bunch of pipes that needed to be replaced in my basement. He did a great job walking me through the jobs and what needed to be done. He was responsive, on-time, quoted me a fair fees and everything is working great!

Richard responded very quickly to help with shower repair at my 90 year old mother's home. He fit us in and was able to replace the pipe and showerhead that was damaged. He was efficient and very reasonable and we highly recommend him for your plumbing needs. We had an emergency and Richard came right away at 7:30PM. He was so kind and talented. He reassured us that the leak (our tub was pouring into our kitchen) was done and came back as soon as we had a plaster guy cut open a big piece of our kitchen ceiling. He came the next day and fixed it and also checked every other plumbing issue (we just bought this house). Cisco has been a gift to us!

Richard was responsive with our request. And even came earlier ( after letting us know ). He was friendly , informative , prepared & did a great job. We will definitely call him again & highly recommend. 👍👍👍

Our toilet was backing up into the shower, so I texted Cisco plumbing for help. We were able to identify that it was a broken sewage extractor pump, and Richard scheduled us for a replacement within 24 hours. He was very helpful and knowledgeable and even took time to show me the different things that it could be if it ever went off again. The final cost was much less than the other estimate we got. Overall we were very pleased with Cisco plumbing and will definitely use them again.

Richard answered my call immediately, diagnosed the issue over the phone and showed up the next morning (Saturday) to install a new hot water heater. I could not have asked for a faster response time. He communicated throughout the project and left my house with our hot water restored. Thank you.

We have used Cisco plumbing on number of occasions from installing a new water heater to replacing faucets. Richard is professional and extremely responsive. He explains clearly what needs done and any parts that need purchased before he starts the job. We recommend Cisco for any plumbing jobs that need done.

I have a rental property in Natick. The tenant reported leaking from ceiling of first floor bathroom at 8pm. I googled local plumber and found Cisco Plumbing and Heating. Luckily, I received call back instantly from Richard, who then came in 15 minutes. Richard finished all work within an hour. He properly diagnosed and fixed toilet wax ring which caused the leaking to downstair. I really appreciate for his service at night. The price was reasonable. I will continue to work with Cisco Plumbing and Heating. I'm glad to find a reliable local plumber.
