We’ve used another company for service, on multiple occasions, they’ve rescheduled on the maintenance. Typically, it’s never been an issue, however; we recently experienced an issue with the heating. When we needed them, they rescheduled again. Frustrated, I reached out to Control point and they scheduled service for the next day. Sadie was informative and honest. The next day, Ben arrived and corrected the problem. He made suggestions which we have scheduled. We are now customers with Control Point. Brett Russel, one of the best professional tech, helped me to service one of my tenants force air furnace intermittent problems resolved. He is very knowledgeable in systematically figuring out what was the problem caused. I would strongly recommend him as you go to in case of an emergency repair work.

Control Point just installed a tier 2 heat pump system in my home, and I couldn't be more impressed with their service. Mark G. provided the consultation and quotes. He explained the systems clearly, answered every question and got the design approved by my municipality in order to qualify for a loan and rebate. He also answered texts after hours to help me get the paperwork filed for the loan.
James P. and Jon S. were complete professionals with the installation. James clearly explained every step of the process. Jon consulted me on the placement and orientation of the condenser unit. James made sure all my questions regarding operation and maintenance were answered and cleaned up the work area.
The entire Control Point team, including the Beth in the office, was always friendly and helpful. The guys also indulged my demanding little dog with attention. I wouldn't hesitate to use Control Point again.

It was wonderful working with Ben Martell from Control point! I was having trouble changing my HVAC filter and he came to our condo to help us out. He kindly showed us how to use, it bringing a new filter just in case we did not have one. After this he took the time to carefully check out our indoor and outdoor HVAC system, check the temperature of the heating from the vents and the thermostat too. He also made me aware of some products that could make our HVAC and hot water heater safer and last longer. He also offered a deal that helped me to schedule and pay for the the next maintenance service in an easier way. He thought of everything! Ben was also super kind, friendly, helpful and took the time to explain things and asked if there was anything else we needed. It’s rare these days to find someone who combines such technical skill with genuine kindness and professionalism. Great company. Everyone was polite and knowledgeable. Got the whole thing done quickly! Mark came by to assess my request, and give me options for my furnace installation. He also checked local codes and made sure everything was all set. After finalization, technicians were sent to install within a week. Jim, Marty and Josh came by and handled the plumbing, installation and electrical, respectively, masterfully. Thanks everyone!

After another plumber misdiagnosed the issue and then no-showed, Brian came out and re-diagnosed the problem correctly. The office staff was amazing and fit us into the schedule knowing we’d been without heat for four days. Even though the correct part wasn’t available due to the earlier misdiagnosis, Brian got the heat up and running to get us through and will be back to finish the repair. Professional, responsive, and truly caring — highly recommend. Came back to install part to permanently fix the issue

Had Ben out to my house for an emergency no heat call on the coldest day of the year. He was extremely professional and helpful. While no parts were available he was able to get my unit running enough to get me through to Monday when parts were available. Thanks!

I had contacted Control Point with a query. A technician was promptly sent to my place and Fred did a thorough inspection of the installation and patiently explained all details. Fred was friendly and highly professional.

Ben did a great job today with the maintenance of my heating system. He was polite, professional and explained everything that was necessary for replacement parts needed clearly and in detail. Made my first experience with the company a very positive one and I was very satisfied.

Highest level of residential service I've ever received from a contractor. I started my whole home heat pump journey with a list of 50+ contractors and there's a reason why I ended up with Control Point. This has been a months long process and I couldn't be happier with the results.

Nothing about my system was simple and Dan P. worked with me for weeks to ensure he was quoting everything exactly to my expectations. Super thorough, very knowledgeable, and constantly working outside of normal business hours to get me what I needed. I hope he got a nice commission on this one; he deserves it.

Entire install team was excellent and treated my home with the utmost respect. Fredy and James did an extremely tidy installation and made sure to consult me on location, placement, and preference as they worked. Dylan - Install Manager figured out all the bugs and got my Ecobee thermostats working seamlessly with all the equipment.

Special shout-outs to Josh - Master Electrician, Rob - Master Plumber, and Sadie. I know Josh is new to you guys but man, what a find. It's extremely clear how much he cares about his craft. No stone left unturned or problem left unsolved. I can't speak more highly of his work ethic and it's results. Keep him happy. It will trickle down to your customers every day.

Rob and Sadie made light work of a new heat pump hot water heater installation and removal of everything old with the oil system. Even got to help Sadie chop out a few of my old baseboard supply lines myself. Rob has continued to assist in issues that have popped up after installation, even weeks after completion.

Lastly, thanks to the office staff for dealing with my consistent lengthy emails, and managing all the HEAT Loan paperwork/requirements. Angela and Margo, I appreciate it. The transparency and attention to detail far exceeds even what I expect in a professional B2B environment. To have such an experience as a consumer is a breath of fresh air.

Excellent service. Had an issue with my HVAC air handler, called them on a Saturday at 9:30 AM and had a technician, Kenny Brooks, at my house 2 hrs later. Kenny walked me through his entire diagnostic process without wasting any time. He discovered my blower motor was starting to fail and set me up with multiple estimates clearly explaining what each would entail. You pay for a technician’s experience and Kenny had it in spades. Would highly recommend.

Rob and his crew were great. Very professional. They were here when they said they would be and kept the work area clean. The boiler installation was so well laid out and plumbed. Rob took the time to explain what they did and walked me through using the system and answered all of my questions. We would not hesitate to recommend Control Point.

Mark was very professional and easy to work with and very knowledgeable of all aspects of the project.
He walk me through the process and explain the systems and give the actual estimate at the end of the day.
Also Beth from the office which scheduled the work and other coordination, she was great explaining the process, following up when needed, return calls promptly, and she answer all my questions even the ones not in her field of expertise, she is a professional and perfect example for costumer services
Installation team they were knowledgeable, on time with the project plan and schedule, easy to talk to and get proper answers, and when they leave you cannot tell there is installation going on, very professional.

Our gas furnace got loud so we called Control Point- of course this happened just when the weather got cold! Freddy came out and quickly identified the problem and ordered the part for overnight delivery. He was friendly, knowledgeable and professional.

When we noticed a water leak in our HVAC system I called Control Point. Even though they had a full schedule they were able to squeeze us in. Ben and Nate came in to diagnose the issue and Rob Keyes came in to fix it. They were all friendly and respectful. Rob did an excellent job fixing our heating system, and is a great example of the professional, courteous and efficient staff at Control Point. This is our third interaction with them and they have become our go to firm for all our plumbing and HVAC needs.

I have had HVAC maintenance performed by other companies in the past and always felt underwhelmed - too much upselling and not enough information about what was actually done to maintain my system. I scheduled a heating system tune-up with Control Point and also inquired about an issue with my zoning system.

I think they made me a customer for life! Brian H was very professional and took the time to review everything he did to maintain (and improve) my heating system AND why he did it. He also explained the problem with the damper motor and gave a very reasonable quote to get it fixed. No pressure and no upselling. Thank you Brian and thank you Control Point!

Austin Wassmuth and Cam from Control Point did an excellent job replacing our two second-floor NuTone bathroom exhaust fans from 2009 with new Panasonic models that provide significantly better airflow. They assessed the system and completed the replacements the same day! I’m very happy with the quality of their work and would highly recommend them for any HVAC needs.

I needed to evaluate my heating system and look for other options I have for heating. The person who came was very nice, knowledgeable, and patient. He took the time to take a very detailed look at my house to find out why I was paying so much for it. His expertise was sound and reasonable. I very much appreciate his and his company's help, which by the way was free.
