Bill and Eric were Awesome! They came out to do a boiler cleaning that turned into replacement. Upon opening chamber they noticed and showed me that the fire box was in shambles. I'm addition, the air vent to chimney completely clogged. I'm very lucky that it did not catch on fire. I would highly recommend when looking for a trusted and knowledge technicians. Thank you to both for everything and saving us from a contasterfery 😊

Had two complete Central AC units replaced sevral weeks ago and had some questions about the hot water antifreeze attached to the system. i.e. the freeze temperature.
Byron Gomez came out and explained how the Cryo-tech antifreeze should be measured. The test strips show both the freeze temperature and acid concentration. He explained that they balance the two neasurements and try to keep the acid as low as possible to avoid corrosion of the pipes.
Excellent job of explaining how it works and how to measure.
Very happy with his visit and feel comfortable that things will work correctly during the cold winter temperatures.

My central air conditioning quit on the 4th of July. Contacted Gem Plumbing in Fall River 1st thing next morning. They responded within hours of the call. Aaron came out early afternoon. He diagnosed and replaced the capacitor in the outside unit in no time. Had my system back up and running on a 85 degree day with 100% humidity. He also checked the system charge and pressures before he left. The price was a bit high for what was needed, but could have been worse. The exceptional service, timeliness and the quick repair was totally worth it! Aaron was friendly and professional. Thanks Gem of Fall River!

A guaranteed way to get me to not use your business as well as tell other people not to is to have one of your drivers, license plate 98468, speed through the flashing red lights and stop sign on my School bus! I am a Swansea Bus Driver and one of your vans not only didn't stop, they sped up through the lights!

Made an appointment for mush needed maintenance on my furnace 3 weeks in advance. They call me the day before to cancel my appointment to service “other customers”. Then they offer me an appointment 2 months later! Extremely poor customer service.

I had someone from GEM come to my home for assistance with installing a ceiling fan only based on a postcard I received. "Free consultation " is a lie. The charges to tell me what was needed were not "free" and I didn't book with you for this reason. I absolutely need my HVAC serviced and will never hire you based on this
