Called Wicked Plumbing in the morning concerning a leak. An hour later they were at the house in Portsmouth RI and made a quote for several jobs that needed to be done as well. They worked with four guys and by the evening everything was top notch again! Great communication and clean work. Couldn’t be happier and will contact them again if needed! Thank you Zack and Nick and the whole team!

Showed up early, and got the job done! 10/10 will hire them again after the wicked good service I recieved.

Wicked good plumbing changed two outside faucets. They were here for about 2 hours . They arrived earlier in the day and completed the work with skill and professionalism. I will use them again

Nick and his team are Amazing! They give realistic quotes and schedule quickly. They do a great job and always review everything after and give recommendations. I started using them when I bought my house 5 years ago and I wouldn’t use anyone else.

Nick diagnosed some issues with our plumbing and heating including corroded pipes and some old gas space heaters that no longer function. He advised us on safety concerns and different options for our home. He was able to give us price quotes same day so we could make a decision quickly and get things moving forward. Zach replaced our toilet and did an amazing job! Our issues were not emergencies but fairly urgent and he was able to get us an appointment within a week. Wicked Plumbing is very professional and well organized. 10/10 would recommend.

I found them to be very communicative, punctual and professional. The price was good for the job, but the service went above and beyond it was a 10 out of 10. I would highly recommend this place.

Service was extremely responsive from the first phone call, to arrival, to replacement of hot water tank on a Saturday. Professional, courteous and left the area completely clean.

Last year our boiler died. We initially called Wicked Plumbing to come check it out, and unfortunately they confirmed our fears that we would need a brand new system. We made the mistake of going in a different direction instead of having Nick and Nick take care of it. We will never make that mistake again.

This year, our “new” system started acting up when I tested it for the colder weather. Leaks, low pressure, and a weird smell. Called Wicked Plumbing again (couldn’t get a hold of the person we had install the new boiler) and they came right out. They remembered us, and understood that we chose a different direction the last time. Nick and Nick performed a full inspection of the entire system and were able to identify MULTIPLE critical issues with the installation of the boiler. They formed a plan to bring everything up to code, and came back 4/5 days later…which in the plumbing world might as well be overnight!

These guys were the text book definition of professionals. They explained the purpose of every single part they installed and made sure it worked properly. They brought our boiler AND water heater up to code, and did so at an affordable price. These guys worked for two days in a row, only taking a break to bring in a grocery delivery so my 9 month pregnant wife didn’t have to lift a finger while I was stuck at work. The boiler is up to code and running far more efficiently than before, and is now backed by the guaranteed quality of Wicked Plumbing.

Don’t make my mistake: go with Wicked Plumbing from the beginning, save yourself any worry, and rest assured that the work will be done right and with the same care they would give a project in their own house, for their own family.
