I had S & M come out to service my failing equipment twice. Once this summer for the A/C unit, and again in November for the furnace. Both times they were very responsive and Milton was able to fit me in on the same day. The price was also very reasonable.

Made an appointment to come diagnose and fix my air cond. The scheduled time was 11am to 1pm yesterday. No show, no call, even after I called them 4 times and talked to multiple people, kept saying technician plans to come, he will call. Nothing. Absolutely not professional. Running late is one thing, or if you do not want to take this business, totally fine, just tell me so. But don't make a commitment and just make a fool out of the customer, that is just not acceptable.
