The customer service service at this company is Tier 1. I had a complicated project and their friendly staff helped me lay it out and source all the materials and tools needed to get the job done.

I’m a homeowner who needed a replacement for an old shower faucet and they treated me like a customer that was ordering thousands of dollars in items. Jane the parts manager saved the day for us. The gentleman who answered my call was friendly and the other who ran my order outside (COVID) was friendly too. These are stressful times and this experience wasn’t at all. I highly recommend looking to this company for your needs.

I have to say, this place has the best customer service, prompt delivery, patient and helpful answers to all my questions. Metpipe made my home renovation process better. Paula Conway is the absolute best and a pleasure to work with!

Sorry I did not explain why I gave a 5 star rating. Here is why.

I went there for a part that was very difficult to find (three different hardware stores). The staff (a lady and a gentlemen) spent like 20 to 30 minutes finding the right part for me, after browsing thru different vendors' catalogs and made a special order with overnight turn around. Service like this, is what keeps bringing business back over and over. Thanks
