I absolutely love these guys. The work that they did is fantastic. The guys were able to work through some challenges that my house threw at them with fantastic expertise.

Great people and great customer service.

Super professional and I would highly recommend. I updated my entire system and was able to ask lots of dumb questions along the way. Always responsive, on time and communicated... even showed up and helped me with an issue I had with an appliance not installed correctly. Five stars!!!!

Metro West has the most knowledgable, skilled and friendly technicians. They're always on time, work efficiently and offer helpful suggestions.

Al and Jamie did a fantastic job in our difficult and complex house. They listened to our requests for improved aesthetics and made them work. Very professional.

They were wonderful to deal with. Show up on the agreed date. Worked hard all day and the job was complete. Like they were never here. All cleaned up. System is running flawlessly and we couldn’t be happier.
We would definitely recommend them.

They were terrific. On time, reviewed the installation with us before they started. Really good job. Reviewed operation of the remote and system after it was completed.
Highly recommend them!!

We are extremely delighted with our new mini splits. The team of Metro West were professional and took the time to explain all the features of our new systems. Thank you so very much!!

Metrowest Minisplits did a great job installing minisplits for me. They were friendly, quick, neat, and followed up to make sure everything was working well. I strongly recommend them.

Wouldn't work with anyone else. Great pricing and communication through whole project. No surprises and always provided with detailed explanation of the work. Booking the job was easy, the work was impeccable and they left the work area cleaner than it was when they arrived. Also just really great, kind people to work with.

Metro West Mini Splits made it so easy to get the mini splits. Excellent customer service throughout the job.
This is a very professional company.
I recommend them without any reservation.

Highly recommend choosing Metrowest mini splits for any Hvac work you need done. Jamie the owner made the entire process incredibly easy for me, priced out different options, explained how all of the rebates and 0% heat loans work, and even helped me fill out the paperwork for both. The install was completed in the estimated time frame and came out exactly to the original estimated cost. They are a small company and you are dealing with the owner directly, he clearly cares about his work quality and customer satisfaction. He even took the time to come out to my house after installation and walk me through how to use the new units. The install itself is top quality, all of the lines for the units are routed beautifully, a truly clean looking install. Could not be happier with this company through the entire process start to finish. House was clean after install no trash or debris left behind in or outside. Overall great experience and would absolutely recommend this company to anyone looking for Hvac work done.

Just had mini splits installed in my house by these guys. Nice job and pleasure to work with them: knowledgeable, always on time, listen to you, trying accommodate your needs, no mess up in the house - so far everything works fine! Highly recommended company.

Metro West came out to give us an estimate on a ducted system and made the entire process from estimate, financing, installation and the handling of the rebates a breeze! If you are in the market for a ducted system or mini splits I would highly recommend using Metro West!!
