We purchased our bullfrog hot tub from ideal pools over 4 years ago and we have been very pleased with their support and service since then. Recently one of the the jetpacks malfunctioned and even though our purchase is several years old, the head technician went above and beyond to contact the factory and get us a new jetpack at no charge. They have always been responsive and professional and I highly recommend using them for all your hot tub needs. They sell a superior product and they are a terrific crew

Great place for all your pool needs. Have tried several different companies to service our pool over the years but this company outperforms all. They’ve always responded quickly to any of our needs or concerns. This year Jacob Leo came out to open our pool and did such an amazing job! The pool is so clean and clear! I highly recommend Ideal Pools

Visited the shop to look at Bullfrog Spas. very friendly and attentive folks. they have everything I need for my inground pool and I may add a spa to my home as well!

I have a pool robot that stopped working. I dropped it off at Ideal Pools so it could be fixed. I imagined they would have it for a long time and it would cost me a fortune. Well, they called in less than a hour to say it was fixed. Total cost: $65. I love that place.

They did work for a family member and I was really impressed with the finished work. I've worked around construction/contracting and the quality and professionalism is definitely above average with this company.

"Kudos" to Mike and Kevin at Ideal Pools for all they did to get my New sand filter installed and my pool up and running. They were ready to answer any questions I had concerning this filter and assured me that this would be much easier than our old DE filter.

Ideal Pools built our in-ground pool a couple of years ago and have serviced it since. It's been great. We got the pool we envisioned and the service is all wonderful. We are new pool owners and the folks at the store are truly helpful with questions we have had. The whole thing could not have gone better.

Ideal pools has been very helpful. After a somewhat rocky start to a repair request (due to parts availability issues outside of their control) they were able to right the ship and get my hot tub fixed. Chris and Bob, the technicians, were very knowledgeable and completed a very involved repair in no time. Matt, has been fantastic as well. Thank you!

These guys are great!!! As a first time pool owner we adopted an above ground pool with our new home and had no idea what to even do with it. Thanks to the amazing service and additional support, I now feel confident in properly caring for and maintaining my pool and filter. I'm just the pool boy so water quality is left to my partner who has experience with an in ground pool and water quality. She does an amazing job and I maintain the pump, filter, and heater. Thanks for Ideal Pools, I was well educated and able to get all the parts and products I need to get the job done to keep things running properly. We are so grateful to have you guys so close and so helpful. I highly recommend Ideal Pools for their patience, response time, and above and beyond customer service!

These guys were so professional and took time everyday to say hello to my two toddlers who watched them during the whole process! Ideal pools not only did a great job they also were able to complete the job weeks ahead of original schedule! I look forward to using ideal pool in the future!
