Our main breaker fried early friday of Labor day weekend. Southwick Electric had a crew at my house in 90 minutes. Took out the old panel and breakers, put in a new panel, tied in the important circuits to get us thru the W/E, well, freezer, refrigerator, etc. They back after the holiday W/E to finish the job. Everything done clean & straight. The crew was great, answered all questions had some suggestions to help us out.
    Great work guys!

aI had an exceptional experience with Southwick Electric. Brian and his apprentice, Kannon, were an absolute pleasure to work with. They arrived right on time, worked efficiently and demonstrated honesty and expertise throughout the job. Although the original appointment had to be rescheduled, Lou, the owner, went out of his way to ensure everything was handled smoothly by having Sharon, who called me after hours, to reschedule for early the next morning. Sharon was also so kind and helpful with the reschedule. And sure enough, Brian and Kannon showed up exactly as promised. Brian went above and beyond to deliver excellent service. He was so knowledgeable, polite and genuinely committed to his work. I truly appreciate his professionalism and dedication. I HIGHLY recommend them all!!!

Notice their slogan doesn't say reliable! "Looking for a prompt, professional, and affordable, electrical contractor? Look no further than Southwick Electric, Inc."
I hired SWE two years ago to wire in a generator and the job went well until late last year when I started the generator for the first time and only half my house had power. I reached out to Lou (owner) and he sent Brian out to look at it. Brian said they only connected to one of my two junction boxes and that he would have to check with Lou on how to proceed. Since that day I've spoken to Lou three times and Brian twice but to no avail. I last left a message a few weeks ago with Lou (THE OWNER) and have not received a call back from either Lou or Brian.
I guess once they have your money their content?
